would have been better if some of the little things were upkept.

My room did not have exhaust fan in the bathroom nor did it have a hair dryer. It did have an wall attachment that should have had a blow dryer but it was missing. When I went to use the shower/tub there was hair from someone else still in the unit. Wondering if it was cleaned from the last guest.

Bed was very comfortable, tv, lighting and temp of the room was great. Did not like that you could hear neighboring guest throughout the entire overnight. Even one guest from a floor lower slammed their door at 3 am shaking the room I was staying in. Would have been better if other guests had common curtesy for other throughout the overnight time. It was an okay stay.

Super 8 has improved the smoking situation at the entrance. per Juneau refs there is now a sign telling smokers to stay

Convenient, clean, quiet, and shuttle

Grabbed a couple of snacks — 4 am rush to airport. Able to sleep for 4+ hours before going back to airport

I like the location of the hotel and the cleanliness.

I did not like the breakfast that was provided because it was only granola bars. I can understand if the breakfast needed to change due to Covid regulations but the wording for a “continental breakfast” should be worded differently.

Comfortable and convenient

Shuttle service excellent for ferry and airport. Room clean &comfortable, well equipped. Liked having coffee available in am, but breakfast was….not the greatest.

Receptionist was quite distracted with her pizza delivery upon check-in, but otherwise no problems or issues.

Call me before selling this property.

I liked the ability to have a freezer for our catch. Very few hotels in the area provide this. We used the laundry. Shuttle service worked well. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Good location, please don’t let this property slip in service.

stay at the hotel that shares the airport parking lot

When you call to schedule a ride from airport you are told they don’t have a shuttle. called three different numbers and told there was no shuttle from all three. walked to hotel from airport in the rain and dark and no one was in the lobby waited for 20 minutes and the shuttle pulled up! they do have a shuttle but it’s impossible to find that out unless you’ve stayed before.

a nice hotel to stay in betweeen the plane and the ferry

breakfast was bare bones, but fine. it was within walking distance of several restaurants for dinner. they offer the shuttle to either airport or ferry terminal which was handy.

Disappointing

Shuttle run to and from airport was fast and on time.

Staff is very unfriendly. Location is far from downtown. Way too expensive for what you get. Water didn't get hot, breakfast ended early.

No air conditioning. Noisy parking lot at night.
