stay in town for Derby.

The property was very clean. The staff was very nice when entering and very quiet this is my second time staying here and will definitely be back.

Clean, comfortable, breakfast disappointed.

Good location. Clean facility. Very comfy bed. Nice view of lake from my window but window was dirty outside.

OJ dispenser broken. Toaster in awkward location and malfunctioned occasionally, failing to eject the toast and burning it. I asked for salsa for my scrambled eggs And was directed to The condiments but no salsa available there. The door to my room did not close fully on its own and needed to be pulled or pushed shut.

Pillows were the only problem. Everything else was great.

It was clean and convenient to Hot Springs

There were 8 pillows on the bed and all were hard. Usually some are soft.

The beds were comfortable and the room seemed secure enough.

Hotel is an inconvenient drive from everything, shower floor had mold in it, check in was stressful. We couldn't enjoy any of the outdoor stuff because there was drunk men outside drinking beer trying to talk to everyone that came down until like 2 AM.

Brilliant location and setting.

The hotel was in a first class location with easy access to local restaurants. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast good with plenty of options. The highlight was the location by the lake where beds and chairs were plentiful. Finally, all members of staff were helpful.

I had the best time and didn’t want to leave. We will be back. Great Hotel.

Very clean, nicely decorated. Great location. The lakefront views were spectacular. Reasonable prices, very affordable. Breakfast was good. Didn’t like the pancake maker. The pancakes were very small but taste good. There is a bar on site overlooking the lake as well. Good food. Have live entertainment. The staff was so friendly. I would definitely be back over and over again.

This day was tremendous

This vacation was for my children and I. The stay here and overall experience was great. The location was perfect for restaurants, shopping,and anymore. The staff was wonderful. Most of all I felt safe. When I come back to Hot Springs next year, this will be the location of choice. Also they have very good breakfast.

I was told that housekeeping would be extra.

The location was great. That had good breakfast and a friendly staff.

The room wasn’t as clean as it could be! I found items from the previous guest in the room. I always bring my own cleaning supplies when traveling with my children, so I did not complain.

No value for money.Getting rashes and bug bites all over the body.

Breakfast was reasonable

The bed we slept in had lots of bugs in it. My son, myself and members of other family that we came with, are all having bug bites and rashes, all over the body. AC was loud and leaking water. One of the worst experiences in terms of staying in the hotel.

Would highly recommend!

The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Beautiful location right on Lake Hamilton. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Lots of space. Good location.

There were very few luggage carts. The room across from the elevator was not my choice (very noisy at all hours), and the view was of the backside of the exterior entryway. Bathtub and toilet didn’t look super clean.

We Will Be Back Love This Place

Love love love this property the only place we will stay from now on when we visit Hot Springs. Great facility, bar with entertainment, and snacks can be purchased and paid for at the front desk. Great for families and kids!!!!!

Quiet location, no traffic, helpful staff, 6 pillows with king size bed.

I was allowed to have my dog. (for $50) The bar area was excellent. Loved the live music and the pizza!

The breakfast was cold and therefore unedible. They need a microwave in the eating area. I had to take my breakfast to my room to use the microwave.

I like the new upgrade to the place, however, cleaning could've been better.

The breakfast was ok. Biscuits were very small and hard. The bacon was not fully cooked. But eveything else was ok.

My tub was not clean it still had the ring around it so I went got some bleach and clean it my self. My floor was not swept good. It had things like tooth picks and dental floss aroun fthe bed and under the desk and paper and candy wrappings. Not a lot but noticiable.

nice, but it could have been better

We had air conditioning problems the entire first night we were there. Instead of putting us a nicer room due to our inconvenience, they sent the maintenance team in the next afternoon to change out the air conditioner. The hotel was not full. They should have moved us with no additional charge to us. It’s called good customer service!

Pleasant

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby looks super nice and they have free parking.

The gym was super dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the man at the front desk said it just reopened from covid so that was weird. They had breakfast, which was nice, but it wasnt super tasty. The hotel is on some water, which we liked, but I bit far from the park and was still very expensive for what it was.

The room was very clean and the hotel was very nice. From what I can tell from other commenters, it has been renovated recently and is very appealing to the eye. Breakfast was available, but I can't really comment on it as my family likes to try local foods when we travel somewhere new. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very well kept.

There isn't really anything I could comment on that we didn't like. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

I had a roach in my bathroom and during check-in I was checked into someone else room. I understand things will happen; therefore I still stayed and enjoyed.
