Excellent value. Convenient location to hospital.

The breakfast room was a nice surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed a room in Show Low.

Relaxing. Restful. Love staying here.

Always my stay at place while I’m Show Low. The owner is terrific and accommodating with anything and everything!

Needs a little updating. Stains on chairs and carpet.

really nice place except for the too-bright LED lights

Bright white LED lights everywhere. warm white bulbs are about as cheap. No bedside reading lamps.

I reserved for my daughter & family & they were very pleased. They said the beds were very comfortable & the room very clean. Said they would definitely stay there again.

I really loved our stay! We stayed two nights and the maid came in and cleaned after our first night

The breakfast was just ok. I thought there could of been more items to choose from.

The shower would pump hot to too cold of water.

Great price, nice location.

Front desk was quick and efficient. Room was clean, had enough towels for everyone. Quiet location for being close to the road. Pillows are super comfortable, tv worked perfect and had satellite. Room was pretty big even for a standard room. Breakfast was included in price which was great for snacks for the kids. Stores are near if you need anything, and gas stations. Definitely will be back to this location.

ok once I was able to warm up and fall asleep. No extra blankets n room. Had to wear my jacket to bed.

Hospitable, friendly, clean, efficient.

Bed was too soft and sank in the middle. Room was cold and didn’t warm up for awhile.

I had to move to another hotel for the following evening.

Coffee maker had parts missing, could not use. Could not use the TV - no instructions.

Excellent, except for the noise.

Only thing was a compresser from the road building co behind the hotel would run off and on all night. Kinda of loud.

Besides the funky tilting bed in room 120 it was a nice place right on the air drag. Continental br

The room was clean, it also had a small refrigerator & microwave

The head of the bed tipped down & the foot of the bed lifted up when we layer down.! It was not comfortable

Love the place. Will definitely stay every time I pass through

It's clear that management takes pride in the place.

The rooms could use lamps. Overhead lighting is a great option but lamps give a more comfortable vibe. Only other thing was the that the room I stayed in was a non smoking room but smells like someone smoked in there. I would recommend buying an ozonator and running it in the rooms often.

Needed more whole grain and protien/ low fat choices, also hot water for tea and oatmeal

Please change your flooring for pet rooms.

Did not have breakfast.

The outside was inviting and had a nice green space for pets. Our room was large, comfortable, bathroom looked recently renovated (very nice), but furniture was worn, and the amount of stains on the carpeting was a huge turnoff. We have a pet and she is well trained and housebroken, we pick up after her and keep her groomed. If carpeting is stained or smelly from pet owners who are not responsible, please remove the carpeting and put in some type of flooring that can be cleaned. We who are responsible, should not be punished for those who aren't. Otherwise we would come back again. Maybe non pet rooms are better, but our pet room was sad.
