Absolutely Horrid

I enjoyed the shower pressure, it was nice and hard.

The bed was hard as a brick. The refrigerator didn't keep ANYTHING cold and the freezer DID NOT freeze ANYTHING. The outlets made a popping sound like sparks were coming out everytime I tried to plug in my charger. There was a big piece of the bottom of the bathroom door that had been broke off. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. There were also multiple people knocking on our door all hours of the night looking for drugs.

Disappointing with regards to cleanliness

Dog poops all over the grass Microwave is dirty, obviously left out not cleaned after the last occupants Smells like cigarette smoke inside the room The floor was not properly cleaned, lots of crumbs and sticky areas

Inexpensive, but very noisy.

Second room was clean and comfortable. Nice bed, kitchenette was a plus.

First room reeked of cigarette smoke. Was moved to a new room. This room was better, however hotel is near a garbage dumpster loading and unloading facility. I was awakened during the night (3 am) to loud banging from dumpsters and trucks.

Not Happy!

Shower had mold around the bottom and shower curtain. The towels were all stained....look dirty. Table was dirty . No remote for the TV. The pictures of the rooms online...are nothing like they actually look! I only used the room to sleep .

They had video surveillance.

The room says nonsmoking but the room smelled cigarette smoke. I had to go and get a plug in air freshener.

It was just ok, nothing too bad or special, but I would mot stay there again.

It was a good value . There were people out in the parking lot sitting around talking and just hanging out , and this was 11 at night. I am a male who was down for one night, but if I had brought my wife I don’t know that she would have been comfortable with that. I would look for another hotel next time as this seems to be some kind of a local hang out place.

People outside in parking lot , which was right outside the office that were just sitting and hanging out. Maybe change the policy so other patrons feel they are in a safe environment by not allowing late night loitering, or hire a night security guard.

First night someone was outside my door and window singing and talking @ 1and 2:00 in the morning.

The room was cleaned.

Unable to use the sink in the bathroom. Unable to turn faucet on, unable to use water from the sink to wash hands, brush teeth or whatever . Pillows on bed could have been better.

Things ran smooth and I had no problem's. The device and staff was wonderful. I would definitely b.

Everything was great even down to the staff.

Booking on line. The hotel was great with the booking process. However booking.com needs to do better. I did not like the way booking.com book for u on line.

Stay at a extended stay

The staff was very helpful & kind & pleasant. They were knowledgeable of the area & attentive of my concerns. For it to be a under new management the staff were VERY professional.

Fire alarms went off a couple of times. Beds could be better.

They cancel my reservation and I didn’t even know until I got there. The place was under new management and the hotel was horrible. It looked like a motel. Never will stay there. I had to book another hotel due to cancellation from them and not letting us know.

No communication at all. My reservation was cancel and I didn’t know about it until I arrived there.

Never go here

The girl who checked us in and the bed was great.

The fridge was rusty, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the shower was spitting water from where the shower head screws onto the pipe, the lamps barley worked and the dresser draws were broken

Booking allowed me to book this room when I arrived I had to use the phone outside because it was after hours, this hateful lady answers an tells me she’s full she doesn’t know what to tell me besides contact who I booked thru an get my money back an hung up! Worst experience ever

perfect place for your family

The rooms were nice and clean and came with everything me and my family needed.The staff were all welcoming and warming Adriana made my stay worth it she is a wonderful person to talk to and her customers skills are out of this world as well as another young lady that worked front desk I can't remember her name im so sorry about that.She did have color hair I think it may have been green or blue her customer skill were out of this world.Thanks again everyone for everything really grateful

The next time I come into town to visit my children I most definitely would stay at your Extended Stay again!😊

The location, and then my room was comfortable and clean and no bugs!😊

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I requested a room downstairs but I couldn’t get one. The hostess on site went out of her way to accommodate my needs and she showed me a handicap room, but unfortunately it wasn’t what I wanted and anyway the room that I had was better and in better condition and it was just a clean comfortable room and with a larger microwave!😊
