Cockroaches.

Not staying here again

Close to the venue we used.

Water took 10 to 15 minutes to warm up. Mold along baseboards. Pipes in bathroom leaked into the bathroom and vanity area from the bathtub.

I don't regret much in life but I regret staying in Clovis, NM.

It was cheap

Well.....we didn't like the mold, the stained blankets, sheets, chairs, towels and pillows. We didn't like the body-fluid stained couch or the missing smoke detector or the phone that hadn't been cleaned since the 80s. We didn't like the broken shower or every fixture that was hanging out of the wall. We also didn't like the retro 1970s tattered lamp shades or the door that had clearly been kicked in at some point. We also didn't like wondering if there were bodies sewn into the mattresses or if we were going to be murdered while we slept. We rate this lovely hotel a -27!

Had been cleaned, but long term dirty and very run down. Saw 2 spiders in the room, one on the bed.

The price and the staff is nice

Where to begin? First walking in my heart sank it was filthy. I mean I'm sure they washed the sheets and vacuumed but there wa stains on all the cloth furniture. It was never specified smoking or non smoking when I booked so I assumed non smoking rooms and I was wrong, it stank of smoke! The comforter has many cigarette burns on it! The bed was an old spring mattress I think, rather stiff no memory foam (but I didn't wake up in pain so there's that). The lighting was awfully weak so it was hard to work on my project. The wifi was pretty much non existent. I had to climb on a chair to adjust the heater. The tv remote hardly worked I couldn't adjust volume, changing the channel was either hard or impossible, and to turn it off I had to unplug it! The electrical looks scary almost all outlets had no plate. The parking lot was so full of holes I had to drive very carefully in my little sedan.

Worse hotel I have ever been too

The rooms were disgusting like they never been cleaned the beds were small, they're was black mold all around the bath tub, the walls and doors were nasty, my bathroom door was barley on it looked like someone broke it, I paid for 2 queen beds and got to twin beds, it's was the worst experience of my life, I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.

It was a place to sleep.

The owner/manager really cared about making sure that any issues you had while there were addressed. The room was clean. It had very easy access to several places through the city.

I was disappointed that it didn't meet what was advertised on Booking.com. I also didn't think it was worth what I paid per night, especially when it advertised a weekly rate which was quite a bit less then what I paid for a week and I stayed there for 3 weeks. They didn't even offer to adjust the rate I paid.

The front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly. Easy check in and out process.

Beds were hard but we were so tired we didn't mind. No coffee pot.
