Review well Deserved

Efficient and friendly staff. Clean and conveniently located to the best restaurants. We loved our stay here and booked another stay with them. Highly suggest this place.

Solo una persona que es parte del personal del hotel, nos hizo sentir incomodos, una vez estaba yo con mis padres esperando a mi hermano en el estacionamiento y esta señora salio con un rostro y diciendo que nos habia visto por las camaras de seguridad que nosotros estabamos cerca de su auto y nos levanto la voz y empezo a bordear su auto como si nosotros estubieramos robando.. eso fue lo decepcionante de que esa señora trabaje ahi (obviamente nosotros no estamos ni siquiera apoyados en el auto ni tocando nada de su auto nosotros solo estabamos esperando y cerca a nosotros estaba el auto de la señora)

If you’re just passing by and need to just sleep I guess then ok. However, a long weekend stay NO!!!

Nothing to really like. Nothing to what was expected.

The room smelled horrible. Couldn’t tell you about the beds because we didn’t stay. To sum it all up and not have to write to much. We checked in @ 4:45pm on Saturday and called the hotel @ 5:30pm same Saturday that we were checking out. We found another hotel much nicer, cleaner and much cheaper.

The girl took our 100 deposit and said we were smoking in the room we were not smoking at all the room and this is the second time they took our deposit over a lie they made up just because they can saying anything and not give our deposit back

Quiet and comfy

Rooms were clean and plenty of products (soap toilet paper etc) very quiet and comfortable

Still have not gotten my deposit back and was lead to believe it was a full brkfast and had very little very disappointed

My cousin and I were going to my nieces baby shower in the area and decided to make it a girls weekend. I chose this hot

The rooms have been recently renovated and were very clean. The staff were super friendly and kind. My cousin and I hung out at the pool all day and at night walked across the street for cocktails and food. The lobby is very inviting and comfortable. I got stuck working passed the check out time and set up in the lobby and worked half the day comfortably.

There isn’t anything, I can say bad. Our experience was not negative in any way. Even the other guests were friendly and we made some new friends along the way.

From the time I checked in with Tammy at the front desk and thru out my whole stay it was great.

The breakfast had a lot to offer. There were many choices to choose from. The whole area was very clean.

It was so bad I left to another hotel

My bed was full of bugs. Even my inside of the pillow cases had bug. It was disgusting it was awful. The carpet had bug wings all over so unsanitary.

Great value. Great experience. Plenty of positives.

Breakfast was very good!! Staff was incredibly friendly! My Mom lives in Zephyrhills and it was nice to stay in town and not have to drive to Dade City or Wesley Chapel to find a nice hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Beautiful pool area. Ample and convenient parking. GREAT locations near shops and restaurants. Kind of a throw back to remind me of days traveling with my parents!! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

At some point, some updates will be needed to the furniture and flood coverings. Signs of wear on the cabinet in room 31 and a couple of small holes in the carpet. Still a very enjoyable stay!!!

Clean, bath updated. Constant coffee available. Good location.

I do not feel outside doors are as safe as doors open to inside corridors, but I did know about the outside doors before I booked. It is what it is. No way to change the doors.

Really a nice overall place to stay and would stay again.

The swimming pool was excellent. The staff was really nice

Next time we will need to get a downstairs room. Coming from MI, we had too much luggage for the stairs. The coffee could be better quality.

Blessed stay at Roadstar Zephyrhills

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable, clean room. The heater worked great with the cold temperature outside. My husband recently had back surgery so they put us in a handicap room. What a blessing! Breakfast choices were good. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.
