Ability to cancel reservations in an emergency, my father was admitted to hospital day before my arrival date and i wasn't allowed to cancel.

Convenient
Staff was NOT FRIENDLY. An extra $25 for my pet and a very rigid list of rules concerning the pet. Didn't seem very 'Pet Friendly' to me. Also the room reeked of smoke. My wife fell off of the ledge outside of the side entrance. There should have been a railing there. Very lucky for you all the she was not seriously hurt. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

very loud , drunk ,disrespectful patons making excessive noise & slamming doors
returning to their rooms at 3:30 AM Sunday 9/25 …..disruption in hallway for about 15 minutes…..woke us up

It was clean and in a good location. We didn’t get to eat the breakfast because we slept in late. Would stay here again.
