I'd definitely stay here again!

The Harbor House is a cozy, charming building overlooking a small beach. It's nestled close by a number of shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the majority of hustle and bustle. The property owner was kind and very helpful during our stay and our room was comfortable and inviting; our room was even upgraded to a larger room with a private bath for some reason, free of charge! It was very much appreciated.

The air conditioning unit in our room was rather loud when set to the "cool" setting, but the "fan" setting did the job just fine, so it wasn't an issue. A pair of guests also made a great deal of noise, but that's no fault of the owner, and they were promptly taken care of.

Excellent stay with an excellent host

The B&B was excellent for a good nights rest and a quick bite to eat before heading off into the city. It’s in a residential area that is quiet but can become a bit lively at night due to the stunning views of the city. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I arrived a lot sooner than planned and he had a room available for me. Breakfast was very minimal with things like Bananas cereal and amazing croissants. One day there were some muffins, another day there was raisin bread. Overall it holds you over until you find actual breakfast. The coffee was very good as well. All in all it’s a great place to stay.

I was suppose to have an AC unit & didn’t. I would bring a fan with me if I make my way to the city again. I’d also recommend updating the shower heads.

Our girls’ trip was so much fun, and our comfortable stay was perfect!

The property is adorable, and Mo was super attentive, even while his wife was in the hospital. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-accommodated. Breakfast was perfect - not too heavy, but plenty of food. Great location with amazing view of the city!

Can strongly recommend!

The Breakfast was very nice and the view while eating breakfast was amazing. The location is great to get around and you have all necessary things like shops, restaurants, parks, bus stop(express to Manhattan) within a walking distance. The owner is very nice and helpful. He always asked us, if we need something and was there if we had any questions.

Comfortable large bed and lovely breakfast selection.

The innkeeper was very pleasant and helpful. The bed (king) was huge, could fit 3 adults in it and very comfy. In the room was a TV, lamps, place for clothes and fridge, very useful. Breakfast was very nice, good selection of fruit, pastries, oatmeal, bread, juice, tea and coffee. Lovely view from front of house. Shared bathroom was clean and spacious and just across hall.

Unfortunately couldn't stay our full booking due to one of our party not being able to manage stairs- not the fault of property as they don't claim to be accessible. Some wear and tear around windows in bedroom, but not a huge fault, just could do with lick of paint. Wardrobe was dusty so didn't want to use for clothing.

Cozy, comfortable, and on point service!

Exceptionally friendly staff :)! The breakfast served was ideal for what our family needed. They had simple, but highly comfortable rooms, with all that was necessary for our weekend stay. There are great food options nearby in case you need to grab a bite or have food delivered to the place. And last but not least, an amazing view of the New York Harbor!

Peaceful area with a great view on Manhattan

+ View. Awesome view on Manhattan and Staten Island bridge. + Location. Peaceful area, no crazy addicted people as in Manhattan. Less weed smell. Close to the national museums.

- No isolation. We had Only fans model in a room behind us. It was impossible to stay inside the whole house due to her "working shift". - Breakfast. Light breakfast (bread with jam and coffee). - Communication. The hotel didn't reply to my requests. Poor communication.

The best stay we’ve ever had.

The view of the property was one of a kind. The host was amazing and the room was very clean. The breakfast was nice. The location was quiet and easy to sleep in after a long day in the city. We would love to stay again.

The were some minor cosmetic issues but that was it. Honestly this was an amazing stay.

Very comfortable, great location and great host.

Continental breakfast of fruits and pastries, cheese and croissants, cereals milk, tea and coffee. The location was superb, right on the water front with outstanding views over the river to Manhattan. A short walk to shops , delis, coffee shop and more plus buses to Staten Island ferry. Moe, the owner was the epitomy of a good host. He was helpful and informative and was keen to know you were enjoying your stay. The TV reception was good and the wi-fi was excellent. The bed was the comfiest I have slept in in a long while. The property is also in a quiet, safe residential area so sleep came easily.

You can't make a mistake here it's a wonderful little bed and breakfast

Location location location parking on the street it's a walkway to the beach people fishing but you could see the harbor it was just great little windy but so much to do right in that area close to you can walk. Staff was great rooms were very very clean and even though it was a shared bathroom it never seemed to be a problem everybody picked up after themselves breakfast was great and it is a radiator that heats the rooms and everything there is a blanket in the dresser should you need it.

Having to go to work so early I would have loved to spend more time there I will stay there again

Great location, nice view to New York city

Upgrade break fast, Breakfast is simple with bread; serial, fruit. The rest room was cloog for the night. The room was cold. Need to pay for all stay in advance

Breathraking views of the NYC skyline and great people here—I’m so glad I stayed here!

The location was unbeatable and the staff were so friendly and willing to work with you. The house itself was so cozy and quaint—so much character to love! Honestly, it was a perfect place for a solo traveler.

The room was small and it was a shared bathroom (which was advertised).

The owner was very friendly, the location good (view), the beds and arcon fine, and the other basic.

The location (the views on NYC) and the terrace was very nice.

We booked 2 rooms. One of them was not the room we booked, but smaller and less nice. Breakfast was basic but probably to American standards (not to European standards). Also only very few chairs on the terrace (not enough).
