very happy with my stay, look forward to staying again in the furure

greeted by a friendly person, he was very nice and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, it was quiet, and pretty view, the price was fair, I will stay here again

It was comfortable but I would request a room on the first floor as there isn’t an elevator

We thought there was breakfast included but not available as it was in October.

Good breakfast, had a view of the water! The check in was easy and friendly!

I got up early to see the sun rise but unfortunately there were trees in the way.

Seaside motel with hotel amenities

Excellent breakfast and excellent view of the bay. Red velvet waffles have ruined me for all other waffles. I need to find the mix!Do yourself a favor and walk out to the rockland harbor lighthouse. It’s a 5 minute drive from the property. Two mile round trip walk that is very enjoyable.

The location and view from our room was outstanding!

The breakfast had a nice selection and the seating area was very clean and open. The view was breathtaking.

We loved everything but one small suggestion was in the future to provide a few more lounge chairs by the pool . The pool area was quiet and very clean.

Relax on the Beautiful Coast

For the cost; the staff, room, view and breakfast was an amazing deal! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, the room was so clean and fresh, the balcony was a good size for 2 people to relax on, the views from the room and down on the grounds was stunning and when it came to bedtime, I slept so well because it was so quiet and the beds were so comfortable!

That I wasn't staying longer...will definitely be back!

A nice motel that’s a great stop on a road trip with wonderful views.

It’s in a beautiful location right on the water and just minutes from downtown Rockport. It’s very accessible and great for a stop on a road trip.

It wasn’t super clean and there was a bad smell in the main area where you check in and they serve breakfast. Also the air conditioning in the room was very loud, making it almost impossible to sleep with it on.

Disappointing, though the room was extremely clean.

I did not realize that "no view of water" meant NO window! The room felt very enclosed.

For $191, I expected better coffee and better breakfast items. They were like a cheap motel would offer.

Nice stay, great value.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the water. The property had outside seating to enjoy the views and the outdoors. Breakfast was nice and there was seating on the deck or inside with large windows facing the water.

Needed towels did not have room tidied up we were gone all day had t o ask for clean towels we did get towels my husband had t o ask for wet towels to be removed.
