Just ok

The beds were comfortable

The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Also the power went out which I understand is nobody's fault however it also affected the internet for our complete stay I feel like this could have been fixed relatively easily. Also it didn't seem the hotel was organized properly as they ran out of coffee then people had to wait 15 mins or more for fresh coffee and also ran out of waffle mix and peanut butter.

スタッフさんが皆さんほんとに優しくて、1週間滞在しましたが後半の方には顔を覚えてくれて、「おかえり~!」って声をかけてくれるようになりました!! 部屋のシャワーが壊れた時も英語が話せない私の話を親身に聞いてくれて翻訳を使ったりした会話でも嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれました!施設も綺麗でコーヒーや紅茶、ココアは飲み放題で朝食もついてて平日の月〜木は夜にスープを提供してくれました！小さいですがお菓子や食べ物を売ってるところやジム、プールもあり快適に過ごせました！

特にないですが強いて言うのであれば、お掃除さんがお部屋にはいっちゃった事ですかね。いつもは「なにかいるものはありますか」とノックしてドアの前から聞いてくれてバスタオルを貰ってました。ただその日だけ朝早くから出ていてタオルをもらえなくてフロントで貰って部屋帰ったらタオルが補充してありました笑特に取られたものはなく、安心しましたがちょっとびっくりしました。この施設に限りませんが貴重品はキャリーケースとかに鍵をかけてしまっておくことをおすすめします!

The shuttle driver Colleen was fantastic and breakfast was very good, the hotel was very clean

When reservation was made a request was put in for pack N Play for my 3 year old toddler.I called 2 days prior to arrival to remind that a pack N play was needed. I was told by gentleman that answered the phone, that would not be a problem and to just mention it at check-in. At check-in i was told there were none available until 2nd night. My son is not use to sleeping in a bed and almost fell off during the night. So I had to stay awake the whole night to make sure he was safe. Also they never came in to tidy up the room.

We really enjoyed our stay .

I love the breakfast, friendliness of staff, location, that the hair and body wash are USA made and environmentally conscious. Plenty of Free parking . Clean.

Housekeeping could do a little better with corners in bathrooms cleaning.

staff was great but we feel it was not the Hampton, Hilton standard that we are use to.

the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was ok

the lighting in the room.wass very poor. I feel the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before us. when we opened a draw there was a bag pf used baby diapers in it. ( if the room was cleaned they would have not been there. the window leaked. asked for towels and toilet paper an tissues and they were not delivered tp the room so we had to go to the front desk and get them for ourself. when we opened our curtains all we saw was the roof. draws were to small to fit anything in it.

Although thoroughly disappointed with this stay, Hampton will still be our preferred hotel.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport was important. The breakfast is always a huge selling point and did not disappoint. Very pleased with selection and quality of the food. The staff member in the food service area was excellent!

We arrived at the hotel fairly late and very tired, and did not want to go through the hassle of changing rooms at that hour (the beds were made and looked fine), so here's what we decided to put up with...dirty carpet and flooring (small glitter decorations all over); totally empty tissue container in the bathroom; used, wet washcloth in the bathtub area; loose outlet receptacle on the lamp base (exposed electrical wires when unplugging phone); alarm clock was left set for six a.m.; discovered the empty shampoo dispenser when already in the shower; and the door handle on the bathroom door came off the assembly twice (I think I may have successfully reinstalled it before I left). So yes, I'm guessing Hampton would have made things right if we had gone back down after discovering the first few of these issues, but we were just that tired, and shouldn't have had to face any of these issues in the first place!

the property was close to both the airport and the Amtrak station and provided parking for $10 a day while we were away and a shuttle to an from the station

the location is great if you intend on going to multiple towns around Buffalo; easy access to highways, and across the street from the airport. property was clean, coffee and tea available 24-7
