I loved how cozy the hallways and rooms were. It felt like home.
I didn’t like the girl that was on staff this morning. She was very rude and not accommodating at all. We checked in at 8pm due to traffic. We asked can we get one more hour to stay and she basically told us it was full or buy another room which was very conflicting. I spent 243 on one room and was willing
To pay an extra fee just to rest a little longer to get back on the rode. The hotel was pretty empty to me.

Hotel is showing its age a bit, but housekeeping did a good job and the hotel itself was quite clean.

Filthy bathroom, asked 3 times for it to be cleaned. It wasn’t. Toilet seat broken. Not fixed during 4 night stay nor was shower cleaned. Booked a 4 night stay for 3 people. Arrived to 2 towels and 1 washcloth. Had to ask twice for additional.
Went to families house to shower. Gross

they charge a $250 hold for incidentals. This was never displayed on the website nor over the phone. this is too expensive! if I would have known this, I wouldn’t have booked.

I didn't use it but I love the supermarket being so close and the abundance of parking. The hotel was very comfortable and my family enjoyed the space. We was looking for a little getaway and thus place was great being 9 minutes away from Palisades center. The staff was respectful
My only gripe is that the hotel wouldn't take cash. Only card.

conflicting information about breakfast hours. seemed to change depending on who you asked. front desk seemed to think hours were longer than cafeteria staff

Location
Bed was ok. Our 40 the old son slept on pull out which was even worse than our bed.Breakfast was ok but not great.

The ice machine in the freezer. We just couldn't get it to work. Besides that the stay was great.
