The last minute “refundable security deposit” that I was charged even after my bill was paid in full. I suspect credit card fraud and reported them. The room was damp and smelled of mold. The shower didn’t work. There was a hole in the shower wall and black mold on the faucet. The television nor phone worked. They tried to check another couple in the room in the middle of the night saying they thought it was vacant.

The room was very clean and smelled really nice. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The bathroom was so small. The light was on the outside, so I had to wake up my partner using the bathroom during the night. I scraped my back trying to close the door, it was so small.

Staff was friendly and it was very clean. Food was good.

Hotel was very good. Staff was superb. Hotel actually perfect except for my dislike.

I’m handicapped and there’s handicap parking, BUT NO ELEVATOR. Why is this not listed, or did I miss it somewhere. No rooms available 1st floor. I about killed my self going up the stairs with my luggage. I’m still feeling the effects as I continue my trip today. Needless to say I’m very aggravated and disappointed.

The water pressure was great. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. We were on the 1st floor and the curtains did their job of blocking out lights so that was a plus. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous

The pillows were very small. The bed was also not comfortable at all. Me and my husband did not sleep very well.

Breakfast was good, basic waffles, toast, sausage biscuit. But it was quick and conveniently available which is what we prefer. Hotel room was clean, which is what matters most to us. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Employees very friendly, very helpful & accommodating. Bathroom area clean but just a little outdated. Great value!!

Location. Excellent staff. Walking distance to eats and walmart. Good breakfast.
