Thanks, workers were very kind and knowledgeable.

Placed order online, requested handicap bathroom and shower, two beds. When I checked in, not handicap, room had to be changed for handicap bathroom and had one bed and couch pullout. Service was nice, but they need to read comments on online reservations.

Horrible

From the pictures it looked nice

Unwelcoming. Only stayed one night then had to leave and find something else. Room was hot and stale like the air wasn’t working. No one would help either.

Overall it was the pits and we will never stay in a MicroTel again in Port Charlotte Harbor

The third night during a rain storm, power went out. No elevators no phones working fire alarms started going off never checked by anyone if we were okay. Fire alarms kept sounding periodically and fir department kept responding. Unable to get out of building on the 2nd floor because of my disability Next AM had to call fire dept. to get assistance out of building. Most of building personnel could not speak English when asked for help. Referred to their phones which showed us we would have to use ladders to exit the building. When checking and cancelling our 4th night.asked what they would do to accommodate the 3rd night there response was it was an act of GOD and they only cancelled the 4th night. Maybe this how treat people in Pakistan but not in America. These people need training in how to be American hoteliers and hire people who speak English.

The best staff in the whole world, especially Zurmi and Maria

Good morning, your employees, Zurmi, Maria and the man who cleans the floor (I don't know his name) the best employees there in your hotel, people like that are needed and more like them, I congratulate you, I hope the next time go back there, they are the ones who touch me, because I plan to return soon. THANK YOU guys for your kindness, courtesy and above all I had never felt at home, and everything was clean in the hotel. THANK YOU WE WILL SEE YOU SOON, IF GOD WANTS IT SO 😘💕

Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Bathroom needs work - water on floor around toilet, toilet seat weird.

it was short and good. just the towels were the problems.

location was good

when the cleaning people came in to pick up the wet towels, they did not replace what they took. at least they could have gave us new towels and washcloths. I had to ask for more towels and she didn’t have any on the cart. but she did go get us some and brought them up to us.

it suited my purpose for overnight stay

clean, comfortable room, efficient staff, no smoking and pets is a plus

no automatic doors made it hard to bring things up to my room by myself and no carts work. I also prefer micro/fridge but having none was ok for just overnight.

Satisfied with the room. Safe location and nice, helpful staff.

The room and hotel are clean and of good quality. Well above the Days Inn down the street.

Breakfast was minimal. I understand it was free, but breakfast options were minimal. I ended up going to local breakfast restaurants which was fine with me.

Hurricane Ian

The person at the desk was nice when I checked in.

We booked this hotel room for evacuation from Hurricane Ian. We stayed 1 night of the 4 nights that were booked. We were told at noonish the day after we checked in that we needed to evacuate there by 3pm. We were still in the midst of packing our belongings from our house so I'm not even sure when we packed up the room to find another place to evacuate to. I have not been refunded for the other 3 days. I understand we just had a hurricane and that cell service and internet service was either completely down or spotty. I didn't think their corporate offices were in the same building. I'm pretty disappointed I haven't been refunded. The hurricane was on September 28th and today is October 11th. What's taking so long?!?

Poor

Stayed during hurricane evacuation. No electric, no services, sewer backed up on first floor. Not really the hotel’s fault, but a miserable 2 days. At least, we got out alive.
