Everything was great

Close to Cypress TX. The indoor pool was great.

Usually they have towels out for the guests for the pool. Had to ask this time. I was wanting a tub. I was told they had no rooms with a tub, but we had same type room on same floor with a tub last time. The key card would not work at the main door for the pool entrance. I was told probably needed new batteries. Two hours later it apparently still needed new batteries.

The pool was green but we paid to be able to swim. How does that work???????

It was a wonderful experience it was like being at my own home

the price was a bit high but manageable! also there was only one remote for both TV’s and the one in the living room didn’t work with the remote

It was located close to my destination.

A car parked so close to me I couldn’t get in and out of my Vehicle and they put a ding in my door. The bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was not as expected, the blue berry and banana nut muffins didn’t taste like muffins. They put me in a handicap room and next to people that had little babies that screamed all night. There was something red on the wall by the kitchen table, grossed me out.
