OK for one night. Probably would not book for a longer stay

My room was good, but my brother and his wife had a room that had obviously not been cleaned. Kind of put a damper on the trip.

Was just traveling thru and needed a place to stay and I really scored with this hotel!

Awesome stay!

The only think I didn’t like was how the curtains in the window didn’t close to block tbr morning sun out. I like it dark when I sleep.

If you can't hire enough people to clean the rooms properly and make breakfast, book fewer rooms.

There was no coffee available at breakfast either of the two days we stayed there. Additionally, the second day, breakfast wasn't even available until after 9:00 am.

The housekeeping staff removed our used towels but did not leave any clean ones. They did not empty the trash, they did not clean the toilet and sink, they did not vacuum, and they did not make the bed.

Clean rooms, bed was comfortable.

Walls were thin, we heard lots of random noises on the 3rd floor. The curtains only covered the edges of the windows so we had an incredibly bright security light shining right onto our bed. The 1 person staff was friendly but clearly could have used more help as it took quite a while to check-in because they were tending to other duties. There was no coffee at breakfast and the Nespresso machine in the room didn't come with any cups. We were just passing through for the night but expected a bit better for the price.

well-lit parking lot, easy to find a good parking spot, the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and super comfy and clean! I’m very picky when it comes to hotel stays and this one has set the bar very high!

the eggs weren’t edible but the selection of breakfast food was great!

The hotel was a very clean hotel.

Checking and reception could have been better. When I checked in I was told I was only booked for one room. I informed the receptionist that I had a confirmation for two rooms. The receptionist was very short with me and continued to tell me that I only had one room. She never raised her voice but was very short with me and was not professional. I told her that I work in a job with customer service and did not appreciate the way she was treating me. She proceeded to tell me that she never raised her voice at me. I then asked her if she would like to see my confirmation numbers and she did. I showed her both of my rooms confirmed on Booking.com and she informed me that it was Bookong.com’s fault and that it was not the hotel’s issue. I told her that I just needed my two rooms because my family was with me. She proceeded to tell me that she had to call Booking.com and they would have to answer for the issue. She then called them and explained the situation. There was some conversation and when they did not give her the answer she wanted she hung up on them and told me that she was able to find me the two queen suite that I had tried to book and was cancelled by Booking.com. She then told me that she gave me a rate of $149. I told her ‘thank you.” I just want to know what has happened to friendly customer service? I had asked for the manager in the beginning of the conversation and she told me she was the manager and proceeded to act very unprofessional. I really liked the hotel and would stay there again but not when I was treated as if the situation were my fault. There should have been more respect for the customer.

Very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast.

Two remotes were provided for the tv with absolutely no instructions! It was too late to get the staff involved, we just wanted to watch the 10:00 news and then retire. Consequently, we had no tv at all! Very disappointing. Also, there was no night light in the bathroom.

Other than front desk clerk, the stay was excellent!

Clean, quiet, great breakfast

Asked front desk at check in for an additional luggage stand in the room. Explained that we each had a bag and needed a second stand. She totally blew us off saying that there wasn't an extra one anywhere in the hotel.

Price gouging at its best!

Well keep and the breakfast was decent.

The prices went up almost 80 to 90 dollars because of an event that was in town. Price gouging at its finest! They wouldn't honor the previous price I had stating that they have to raise the prices when it's busy!
