There was nothing fun about this stay at the condo

We stayed in room 212 It was close to the beach. other then having to use a code to get to the beach it was nice. The heated pool was nice but it was closed down for most of our stay

Hot tub was not working the whole time. Construction was going on and being woke up at 8am every morning wasn't nice The heated pool was nice but it was closed down for most of our stay. There is black mold under the kitchen sink. And black mold on the shower curtains tub was dirty had to clean it before use .curtain rod was bent and broken so was not able to close it . The apartment is outdated and ran down there was no comfort at all you sit on the couch and you sink because it's broken the mattress is so worn out that you feel the springs we had to call maintenance to work on the hotwater heater he said it needed to be replaced but the owner wouldn't do it so taking a 5 minute shower before the hot water ran out was crazy (we were told we could go take showers down at the hot tub area which in my opinion was ridiculous (sounds like a slum lord to me ) we also paid a cleaning fee at the time of booking but yet we're giving instructions to clean the apartment before leaving (by no means did we leave it dirty or nasty ) but I feel we shouldn't have to take time away from our vacation to clean bedding and towels floors ect. If we have to clean it for the next person to stay then we shouldn't be charged a cleaning fee we spent 75.00 on cleaning supplies to do what was asked so when booking with the summit tell them you do not want room 212

Disappointing

Location was great and staff friendly.

Condo was dirty and dated. Couldn't check in till 5 then get an email short time later telling us "our vacation is coming to an end" and how to clean the room for them.

Worst room we have ever stayed in and was disgusting.

Beachfront

The condo was disgusting. Sheets were not washed. There was sand all in the bed and blood on the sheets. Coffee pot was nasty on the inside. Beer bottles were left on the patio of the room. TV’s did not work.

Incredible views, lots of room to sleep and amazing amenities!

View was amazing and the room was clean when we got there, very easy to check in and had a good location very close to pineapple willies! Also had a lot of room to sleep people, bunk beds, main room queen bed, and a pull out sofa! There was also a love seat that could be possible to sleep on if you’re not super tall or anything. The place also had lots of amenities! Bikini bobs had good food for a low price and the pools were big.

Some of the appliances could been updated, older kitchen appliances and the sink in the bathroom would clog easily, also if you tried to turn the heat on it would make a horrible smell so we turned it off immediately after. Also, on the bunk beds the only way you could plug in your phone to charge was to also turn on the lights, and at night that was a little annoying, so we had to take the bulbs out in order to charge without them being on, but other then that it was still a nice stay! I didn’t mind the problems to be honest.

great weekend. Will definitely be back.

the pool and hottub were phenomenal. the view was amazing. bikini bobs out back to grab a drink and some great food . it was an all around great vibe.

there was some issues with an elevator or two a couple nights of the stay . but that’s pretty usual. not a big deal.

we stayed 5 nights they don't clean the rooms and when you call they don't answer the phone they charged around $170 and they don't clean that was unfair

Superb

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, it was a short walk to Pineapple Willy's which we really enjoyed. The condo was perfect for our group. It met our expectations for such a short notice of booking and the price.

overall we loved our stay. the room was clean and for the majority provided the things we needed. the view was amazing a

The closeness to restaurants was convenient. We loved the bikini bobs restaurant and the beach and pool access.

maintenance never came back to fix our light. only one hot tub was warm and was filled with the same group the entire time.

Overpriced, Rundown, Roach Condo

The view

We will start with- Roaches in all rooms. Could not walk barefoot without instant black feet. Bunk beds in the hall were very inappropriate for guests in their 60s! We figured two single beds were in a separate room. This place looks like no one has put in an once of upkeep since it was built. With the premium rental price and extensive check in requirements, it was very disappointing! We were expecting so much more from a beachside condo. Two days was two days too many!

No beach view and I was charged 705.65 for a 2 night stay. After cleaning fees and booking fees.

I went last minute so I was great full to find a room.

Room was not clean a clump of long black hair attached to the wall in shower so I know it wasn't cleaned. Charged me 140.00 cleaning fee then left me instructions to clean sweep, do dishes and carry out trash. What am I paying a cleaning fee for?

the room was disgusting, the floors were nasty and were literally black. VERY dated, the washing machine was moldy and SMELLED HORRENDOUS! The sand in front of this condo was FULL of garbage and cigarette butts. Do NOT recommend for a family. will do perfectly for the partying 18 year olds

Very close to the beach

The shower wasn't clean. There was mildew on the curtain liner in the shower and mildew in the grout. Fixtures were very outdated and not working well. The shower and the sink were difficult to regulate.

I had a great time there and will come back.

The pools were wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. There was an area to cook out. A handy little place called bikini bobs to get things to eat and drink. There was a runner down to walk on part way to the beach.

Room was a little run down but not bad.

Exceptional

Nice stay with comfortable beds, great access to the beach with chairs available to rent daily. I had 2 issues in unit (dryer & sliding door sticking)that were fixed quickly.

Unit was not as clean as expected. Dirty dishes put away in cabinets. There was a scranbled egg skillet & wine glasses put up for clean & it was obvious they were never cleaned. Toilets were disgusting & very slow to flush.

Pleasant

The staff when we checked in were pretty short with us. Maybe because we booked through booking.com?? It was pretty noisy. There is only one elevator for about 450 rooms so you either need to be in good shape to climb stairs (thankfully we were only on the third floor) or you need to have a ton of patience to wait for the elevator. I never got the checklist to check off what worked and what didn’t, however everything that we needed was working fine. The dryer didn’t work so we didn’t was the towels that as requested, but I didn’t think they would want to have to lug wet towels somewhere to be dried. It would have been nice if the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were included.

it was great overall!

great beach views, pools and hot tubs were wonderful!

check out time is super early. I was 30 minutes late checking out so I’m sure I’ll get fined! the ceiling looked like it was going to have leakage in the living room.

the location was wonderful however the cleaning staff needs fired and re-hired.

I enjoyed the location! private beach and pool access was amazing!

the room was very dirty upon us arriving. I had to clean all counter tops, change our sheets into personal ones because the ones on the bed were very dirty, sweep and if I would of had a mop would of mopped. it was truly cleaner after we left than when we arrived. there was a mildewed cover in the washer from a previous stay that made the washer stink so bad we couldn’t even use the washing machine for our stay.
