I had to pay extra cash at checkin for my dogs. I said I had 2 dogs when I booked the room and it said no charge for dogs. They said we could only have one dog then said if I paid cash for the second dog we could stay. So I paid.

The staff was very caring and helpful. The motel is very dated. It was clean but overpriced for what it was.
However, it was near the beach.

Grounds were well maintained. Many picnic tables and areas. The pool area “looked” nice. We arrived after it was closed and left in the morning. Pool oddly only opens at noon.
Pool hours. Why could it not open at 9am?
Check out time is 10am. The staff were knocking on the door at 10:01.

I liked the location. This pool and outdoor seating was nice.
The room decoration was above average.
The room could have been cleaner. Also, guest noise levels were loud considering the posted quiet time.

Close to an event husband was attending--good selection of TV channels--bathtub enclosure was nice--good showerhead
Dated and rundown--needed a good cleaning and painting--lobby door and windows needed cleaned--no breakfast--no microwave in room--no coffee pot in room--no guest laundry--no pool (of course)--free coffee in lobby was a pump pot, sugar packets, and powdered creamer--hard, flat pillows--bed for one was so-so, but if spouse would have been there, we would have used both beds, as they were soft--too pricey but needed someplace in this area--10 a.m. checkout (but I was ready to leave by 9 a.m.)

A place to get away from home, very comfortable. The only thing wrong was my room did not have a microwave or a coffeemaker, but it was clean which is a plus.

they couldn't find my booking reservation and deducted the money for the stay twice. The staff member didn't say check out was at 10 am. in the end, they were knocked on the door.

Run down. Shower head squirted onto the ceiling and over the curtain drenching the floor and clothing. Beds were horrible. smelled bad.

There was no breakfast. There was Coffee but we had to go elsewhere to eat.
The room was sufficient enough but was not the cleanest. In checking in the staff said there was no room service and we got to our room and the washcloth for the bathroom was dirty. My pillowcase had someone else hair on it. Not sure when the room was cleaned otherwise.

loud , smell of weed all night, loud music constantly coming from another room, bed was hard as a sheet of plywood!! NO HOT water for a shower!!!

The TV didn't come on until the desk clerk showed us how to turn it on. The sink handle was shaky.

The bed was comfortable.
It was filthy! There was literally a half inch of dust on the headboard. I didn’t want to touch the blow dryer because it was sticky, dirty disgusting. The floor was tacky, dirty. We had to clean our feet before we got into bed!! The door jamb to the bathroom was broken but I wouldn’t even mind that if the place had even been slightly clean.
