pojechałem chodzić w górach, jadłem w karczmie obok...dobrze, nie na miejscu i dobrze zrobiłem

lokalizacja korzystna...duża przestrzeń w apartamencie, kaloryfery - regulowane zawory - super i ciepła woda też super

Śniadanie dla wszystkich takie samo - raczej komunizm;...zbyt miękkie łóżka, brak łyżki do butów i otwieracza do butelek - 2 butelki wody w cenie zakapslowane...:)..... nie wszyscy mają chęć otwierać takie butelki zębami albo użyć blatu od stolika...,śniadanie - opcja była wegetariańska , więc na śniadanie wędlina jak wędlina, ale kelner stwierdza, że to wegetariańska wędlina oraz pasta warzywna...ale mięsna...itd., kawa z ekspresu rozpuszczalna - lura, w nocy słychać dźwięki z góry...brak wifi - ogólnie padła sieć tel., brak sauny - nieczynna, chociaż na stronie jest i w bookingu...

Dobrze, ale mogłoby być lepiej

za taką kwotę można było oczekiwać codziennego serwisu sprzątającego, wymiany ręczników, wyrzucenia śmieci czy chociaż uzupełnienia papieru. Brak półek w ogromnej łazience, ale meblościanka z przeszkloną witrynką na zastawę w pokoju na całej długości ściany

Beautiful location close to woods and hiking trails

The location in bieszczady park is beautiful Wirh great views and great hikes near by There is a restaurant in the place

The room was large and comfortable The bathroom needs a place for cosmetics since there is only a sink wirh no room for bathroom Things We had an emergency situation and the staff was not trained to help and was not very willing to help either- a very scary experience

The room is supposed to have a double-bed, but we got 2 single beds pushed next to each other.

Highly recommended, perfect location. Silence, millions of stars above you, mountains around you.

Perfect location, 10/10! If you are looking for a quiet place hidden in the mountains, close to the tourist routes starting points, go to Muczne! There are no "civilization lights" nearby, so you can see millions of stars above you during the night; it is an amazing experience. The hotel has been renovated, it is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The reception staff is very kind and helpful, very nice people.

The breakfasts are very simple as for the hotel standard. I mean, the hotel itself is much better than the restaurant service. Rather a poor choice and the quality of the products is not high. If you pay a lot for your meal, you hope to get quality products at least. In this case, it wasn’t like this. So, we didn’t even want to try to order dinner (the prices at the hotel restaurant are very high, so we were afraid to pay a lot and receive a poor meal). Maybe our experience was not good because of the season (November), but we were there for the whole week, so I think the opinion is balanced. On the other hand, the rooms miss a few pieces of equipment (and an interior designer’s help…). We had a big studio, it was comfortable and had an amazing view, but the living room was very dark. Imagine dark walls, dark furniture, dark carpet, dark curtains and only two lamps for about 35m2 room. The bathroom is really big, but there is no shelf, no table, so we had to keep all our things on the floor.

Not too many alternatives in this great area

Very good location! Some rooms are really good (see "-"s) 3 of 4 staff member were very polite and helpful Very clean. Ps: (not a "+") breakfasts are just ok.

Planning of the building is quite poor and old "Soviet style", so many rooms and common area inside are far from being perfect. Restaurant is quite poor (especially comparing to Karczma just 80 m from the hotel)

It was very beautiful and extremely enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The car ride was beautiful as at night you could see all the stars in the sky.

Very comfy rooms in a beautiful part of Poland.

Cute place in the mountains and forests (beautiful environment). The building is fine, the room was large, bathroom was clean and comfortable. Beds were very good, comfy. Restaurant good, tasty food. The nature around the building is awesome, impressive and peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was just crazy for what you get, they should ask more, I’m serious. Everything looks better in real (maybe they should make better photos).

Rooms are very noisy. Breakfast was a bit boring after a few nights, but still okay.

Modern clean hotel, nice wtaff

Stayed here just the one night. Friendly and efficient check in by staff who spoke good English. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Nice balcony. The area is super quiet, you’re surrounded by mountains. Didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but place over the road was excellent. Breakfast was ok, again great friendly staff.

A bit disappointed with the hotel.

The birds flying around the roof were lovely to watch. The staff were friendly.

Not enough choice at breakfast. Restaurant closes too early in the evening at 7pm but there is a good restaurant and bar nearby. Our room would have been very hot if it had been sunny. No a/c. We did not like the radio tetra transmission mast directly above our heads on the 4th floor. It would have been better if you had informed us about the wedding and the potential late night noise. No English speaking guide available for the museum.

Location, cleanliness, service

Weather was hot, no air conditioner, staying in the room in the 4th floor (the last one) was pretty much uncomfortable. From 5am there was very bright in the room because there are no blackout shades.

Overall huge disappointment.

The room was clean but as expected at this price. The location is good, very close to the hiking trail. Parking next to the hotel is a big plus.

The breakfast with those small portions was a joke. One slice of ham and sausage for an adult male? Really? On top of that the stuff in the restaurant was not wearing masks - for fairness the facility cleaning lady did.
