Trop cher pour ne pas dormir

D’être en dehors de l’hôtel

Les chambres donnent sur des extracteurs d'air qui rendent le sommeil impossible. Cette ventilation fonctionne nuit et jour. Nous avons été changés de chambre le dernier jour, mais nous avons dû renoncer aux chambres communicantes nécessaires à la surveillance des enfants. Résultat : moi d'un côté et mon épouse de l'autre. Même au 12ème étage, le bruit était toujours perceptible. Au moment du départ, on a tenté de nous facturer environ 500 $ de taxes déjà réglées via Booking. La responsable irose ,après avoir vérifié l'exactitude du règlement auprès de Booking, s'est excusée et nous a proposé d’offrir un service de chambre pris pendant le séjour pour un montant de 75 euros. À notre retour, nous avons constaté que le service de chambre avait tout de même été facturé, ainsi qu'un autre prélèvement dont l'origine nous est inconnue. Nous avons fait une réclamation par email et attendons une réponse. Je déconseille cet hôtel en raison de la nuisance sonore due à la ventilation et de l'état très vétuste des salles de bain. Les chambres sont très petites . À ce prix, on peut trouver nettement mieux.

Location

No breakfast. Considering on arrival we were told we were being given “double upgrade” both room and en-suite bathroom were pretty basic - or by todays interpretation “minimalist “?? Stayed in far better for less!

The corridors are too dark . The room need to be renovated. Its too chappy as it is .

Great location, vibe… please try breakfast outside the hotel.

It was a nice building, interior was very modern and clean. Location is great if you want a lot of shopping and eating out in nearby neighborhoods.

I had to wait more than 30 minutes for breakfast and decided to go to a cafe outside. Need to improve breakfast in hotel - seemed to lack staff.

An superb stay in an excellent hotel.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Room was super clean & fresh. Staff were friendly & helpful. Restaurant/Bar was superb. Loved everything about our stay here & would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Disappointing

dirty clothes and left over food left in the room. Towels smelled heavily like coffee. We had to change room.

Great hotel in a great location.

Location and staff are fantastic.

Was a party in a room next door to us on one night which was really loud and kept us awake. We should have called reception and I’m sure they would have sorted it. Need to sort the pillows out - they’re not good - flat as pancakes.
