The weather wasn't great & neither was the hotel, but their Staff was nice and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The hairdryer was great! Good location / walk-able. Great view from rooftop bar.

Pillows were not supportive and the bedding and bed were not comfortable. You could not view the TV well from the couch in the King room we got because the TV did not articulate to the angle. They charged $25 per night for parking. The parking attendant lost our key fob which delayed our departure for about 30 minutes. The refrigerators do not have freezer sections. The shower head was broken and therefore could not be adjusted well for a shorter person and there was no foot ledge to shave either.

Poor, and too expensive for the experience.

The location was good, very walkable to downtown Asheville.

The location was in the midst of a construction zone and was very loud. The view from our 5th floor room was directly onto new construction with construction workers that were in direct view of our room, providing zero privacy. The hotel lobby smelled like garbage and dirty diapers, although I brought it to management's attention, it was not corrected. I paid a $75 pet fee once I arrived on the property, although the website indicated the pet fee was only $10 per night. Parking was NOT included, as advertised. I paid for one breakfast, and the food was cold.

Cozy room with comfortable beds and above average breakfast

The beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, definitely a step above most. Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn soap offered

The room was on the smallish side, the parking was expensive, the bathroom door was sticky though for the rest it was very clean and staff was indifferent.

the location was nice however it’s not a hotel I would want to relax in.

the hotel was nice, valet parking was a great add on.

I didn’t like that my room was not clean. it was stains on the wall, hair on my pillow, red stain on the couch.

was ok. did not seem up to Double Tree standards.

the room was ok, beds not to comfortable.

lady at front desk wast to pleasant when we arrived. cookies were cold, hard, had party of three, only gave two cookies. No where to warm them up as the front desk was being remodeled. C believe I had to pay for parking, and breakfast.

If I had to travel to Asheville again, I would probably stay at this hotel again.

Good location, staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and comfortable.

The location is right by the interstate, so it was a little loud at times.

the views are stunning and the room is spacious with a very comfortable bed.

someone had thrown up in the lounge bathroom all over the place and it was not cleaned up. very disgusting.

Overall, a good stay. Definitely have to do more research next time.

The staff and services provided were very good. Everyone was eager to answer all questions. It was great to be able to get a good cup of coffee in the morning, even if you did not purchase breakfast with your room.

I had booked a room with a city view. I was very disappointed to only discover that the view of of an enormous crane and construction going on directly across the street. I was so looking forward to the view. The location did not work for us. A car was necessary to get around for the most part. Next time, I really need to find out ahead of time what is in walking distance.
