Very expensive for value received. Pool, hot tub and fireplace not functioning.

The layout of the unit was nice with split bedrooms, both ensuite. The kitchen worked well, and had everything we needed including some things left behind I guess we could have used but didn't. The pool and hot tub were nice with nice locker rooms adjacent, but in a different building so a bit of a walk. Bed was comfortable. They had a TV, and able to get local channels. Parking very convenient once we found the unit.

The numbering of the condo units makes no clear sense, and the instructions don't tell you that it is the last door on the left. So we had to go from door to door and check the unit numbers and dark in the underground parking, so hard to see. Once we got there the unit was cold. Would be great if they would turn it up on the day of arrival since it took quite a while to heat up. The WiFi password was hard to find since some old numbers were scribbled on the information book as well, so confusing. I spent a while cleaning after we arrived, the floors were really dirty even though they wanted you to remove shoes, so got a lot of stuff on my feet, so swept, thankfully they did have a broom to use. I know it is in the heart of Mormon, so could have gone without notice for some time, but the coffee maker didn't work, but they replaced within a day. They had a fancy corkscrew which really didn't work though, just pushed the cork into the bottle instead of removing. Again, may go without notice for some time in Utah.

Great location, bathrooms need an overhaul but overall it was great! Roomy and clean with everything we needed. Beautiful views.

The management team needs some work. They were quick to respond about us extending our stay but the internet was out the whole time we were there and they didn't fix it. They responded right away when we told them it was out on Thursday night and then nothing for the next 24 hours. When they finally got back to us Friday night it was to tell us someone would come look at it Monday. AFTER we checked out. I understand that sometimes a repair like internet might be out of the control of the management team but their lack of communication and explanation was appalling. If they couldn't get in touch with a tech, they should have told us that instead of ignoring our texts. If they couldn't get anyone in to fix it while we were there they should have offered a discount on what we paid or a small voucher toward a future stay. Obviously, I'm writing this in the hopes that Family Time Vacation Rentals will read it and improve their customer service. Everything else about the stay was awesome. The guy who handles the wifi issues needs a little training.

Perfect location! Right by slopes could ski out if you wanted. Great place pool was clean very nice! We would definitely recommend this place!

Two king beds plus bunk beds were great. Good amount of space.

The pillows were not very comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. Pool was fun. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo had everything we needed.

Older condo complex. It has an old smell but it was not terrible.
