It's clean it was cozy. Felt great sleeping in that house really loved it my family loved this house.

The batteries for the Direct TV remote were dead so we couldn't use it. Other than that everything was good The lock box didn't open with the code but we weer still able to get in.

Cockroaches, spiders , flies , need wet towel racks and clothes curtains or blinds in the shower . Laundry in the washer was left undone , I had to do it and dried all the towels and fold them

It was cozy

The first day was warm so we were looking forward turning on the cooler by the window, however it did not cool. We kept the windows open but felt awkward due to the close proximity of the neighbors.
