Wish I could’ve stayed longer it was such a nice experience

Room was clean and decor was up to date, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great! The lady who worked at breakfast was so kind and gave my son a hot cocoa packet. Would love to stay again!

Absolutely spectacular! Great room, quiet, smelled fantastic even in the lobby it just smelled so good in this hotel… the bathroom was huge a girls absolute dream lol and the staff was amazing, I’d have to give it a 10/10!

Good stop

Conveniently located, 10 minutes from downtown. Fresh look. Could not beat the price. Close to North Lime Coffee.

Pillows were like bricks 😔 too much light at night, light by door, clock radio light.

It was just OK. The decor was not our taste. Felt outdated which makes it not seem very clean.

That it was next to Cracker Barrel. Location!

The strong Bath and Body works wood burning candle smell permeates everything. I’m allergic and I had to smell it all night.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again !

This location was 7 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park , and quite an easy drive into downtown Lexington, especially with the highway access being so close. The property was clean , comfortable , and modern.

I would have enjoyed having breakfast start earlier on weekends, as I was there horse showing and was up before breakfast had started.

Great other than difficult outlet access

Quiet heating unit, clean, warm, comfortable

No water supplied like previous Best Western. I had to move furniture to plug in my Cpap device. Behind furniture is not cleaned. So clumsy outlet access and dirty access to the outlet between the beds.

Updated, clean, comfortable hotel.

Lovely, updated hotel. Accessible to much of what we wanted to see.

Breakfast wasn't so great. Eggs tasted fake, runny oatmeal. Bring back waffles!!! (BUT, theres a McDonalds and Cracker Barrel within walking distance if you really want more)

Nice location and restful stay.

Clean and rooms are big.

Housekeeping kept leaving hand towels and no wash cloths. Even as front desk for additional wash cloths but got 6 hand towels.

Uncomfortable

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The beds are very firm and the pillows are smaller, square-shaped and extremely uncomfortable. They feel as if you are sleeping on 3 inches of firm foam rubber. I am only 5'2" and my body wasn't big enough to manage them. I can't imagine traveling with kids; the pillows would simply be unworkable for them. Room was reasonable clean. We did not eat breakfast so can't speak to that. In an area with many other hotels. I will try something else next time.
