great one night stay

The room I stayed in didn’t have a microwave and had to go to the lobby to use one

The only good thing about my stay was Starbuck next door.

Spent 5 nights. First time went to the room, the door was ajar, the patio door was ajar and the windows unlocked. Front desk said was normal, but I've never seen that anywhere else in the world. Second night the room flooded. 3rd day was moved to a very small room with the AC 5 inches from the bed. It was impossible to sleep in that bed while trying to keep a decent temperature. Called front desk for blankets. They said the blankets would be delivered to the room. 1/2 hour later no blankets. Went to front desk to ask about blankets and mysteriously no one new anything about my request. Rooms were dirty and needed major upgrades.

Location was decent

Hotel was not clean at all. Customer service was not good

Hotel is nice and clean

The inconvenience of checking in and taking your luggage through an elevator without help, not even a dolly from the parking garage which we have to pay $27 a day.

Nothing at all

Everything. No cleanliness. No tv, no internet, no service, no fresh towels, pathetic service

Nothing to be liked

Everything . Service is pathetic. No cleaning of room despite a new check in. Tv not working. I complained almost thrice a day everyday but no one bothered to take care of anything

No breakfast
