It was all a good stay. We were not familiar with the TV Roku thingy so didn't get to watch the channels we wanted to.

No breakfast during the week.

Close to main street, and staff was very nice

Beds weren't very comfortable, and only got 2 pillows that were super thin, and not the best.

Nice and Easy

The staff were so nice. Rooms were decent and clean. They had free breakfast.

The bed was a little hard, but for the price. You can't beat it. The continental breakfast is all carbs. Bread, cereal, waffles, and pastries would have liked a protein option.

Please don’t stay here.

Not much to like.

Room not clean. Roaches and other bugs in the room. No towels in bathroom. No ice on property. Called to complain and no answer.

The room were out side I didn’t like it plus the breakfast

Their were no blow dryer and the breakfast was not good breakfast and they didn’t serve during the week Monday - Friday so we had to go and paid outside breakfast.

Nice employees and great breakfast set up

A little mix up on the type of room then when we got put into a “suite” it was the same size as a regular room just had a couch. No divider wall or anything like the pictures

Location

There was a colony of roaches coming from the microwave and we asked to switch rooms and the next morning they were cleaning it like nothing was wrong and I’m sure they were still going to use it.

I came to Fredericksburg for a reunion. Had fun with family.

One of the least expensive places to stay in Fredericksburg. It is close to everything, but most places are in Fredericksburg. It had A/C. It is pet friendly. I didn't have my room key and the desk clerk was helpful to let me into my room.

The mattress was hard and the pillows very thin. The bathroom was mostly clean. Dirt collects in the corners and is not cleaned. The carpet was dirty. I know because I walked around barefoot and the bottoms of my feet turned black. No in the room hair dryer.

Old, dirty, overpriced. Pictures are deceiving. We walked in and right back out. Bathroom war horrendous

Not bad but could have been better with a modicum of cleaning services.

Decent price but service left alot to be desired.

Stayed for two nights. Did some sightseeing during the day and returned to find the room had not been serviced. No clean towels left for second night's stay. Room had coffee maker but coffee packet for second morning was not replaced, no morning coffee second morning. No smoke alarm in room.

Disappointing

I thought the office and loft area were cute.

The bathroom and room did not look clean. The entire room needed to be updated. It was very expensive but shabby.

Will definitely book this hotel again in the future

Over-all lay-out and aet up of the room and lobby. Very good breakfast.

Good location and an excelent staff. A very great value for the price.

The rooms need updating. My showerhead was wrapped in duct tape .

Everything was great, nice and quiet until about 1:00 am the party crowd arrived and were very loud outside for a long time, woke us up and kept us awake for hours.
