We would stay again and recommend the hotel to our friends.
The hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating, friendly and kind. Their kindness makes them stand out. The room was surprisingly quiet, we were on the 4th floor. The fridge in the drawer was great - once we discovered it! The breakfast was very good, and the afternoon reception makes the hotel even more special.
These are not really complaints, but here goes: 1. One thing I missed was my magnifying mirror for makeup, I was sorry I forgot mine! This is not the hotel's fault, no complaint to the hotel. Some hotels have a swing-arm unit mounted on the wall in the bathroom, which is great. If a woman had designed the hotel bathrooms they probably would have been included in the bathroom design! 2. My husband had trouble with the little breakfast room table legs - his long legs and big feet - again, not the hotel's problem! 3. We told the desk about the slight gap when the shower door closed, it caused a bit of a water leakage onto the floor.

Overall an ok stay, clean and good location. However very small room even though we had a superior queen room.
The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great also. Good location, very close to Central Park, Times Square and 5th Ave. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.
The room was small and we were meant to have a superior queen room. So I don’t know what the standard room would have been like. The view from the window was not good and the hotel breakfast was awful. The area to eat and have breakfast was so cramped and not enjoyable as you are sat so close to all the other guests of the hotel. We only had breakfast one morning and every other morning we went out for breakfast. So if you’re thinking of getting breakfast included I perhaps wouldn’t choose that option, not worth the money.

Very clean, in a nice area a delightful hotel
The location is perfect, just two blocks away from the Central Park as well as Rockefeller Center. The room was spotless, very clean. We stayed for five nights and have the room cleaned once, it was very neatly cleaned, sheets and towels changed. The area of the hotel is also convenient, however right now there is a construction going on. Although we haven’t heard anything from our room at the ninth floor, it might change for other rooms. There are lot of restaurants and cafes around, very practical for a quick lunch or dinner. Also the breakfast was all we could’ve asked for, omlette with cheese was warm and different pastries. They even had cartons for taking to-go.
I think Queen room was a little small for its value and the AC was kind of noisy, even at the fan mode it was loud. When we turned off the fan, it got hot. For those who are not light sleepers like I am it might not affect or maybe it was something related to our room, still a note to take.
