Einfaches, aber gutes Motel in großartiger Lage.

Großartige Lage. Bequeme Betten. Gute Dusche. Charmantes Design unter Beibehaltung alter Bausubstanz.

Der Online-Check-In lief nicht optimal. Fragen per eMail wurden nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort war niemand verfügbar außer dem Reinigungsteam. Die Zimmer sind Recht hellhörig, und leider wären auch einige kleinere Reparaturen nötig (Jalousie kaputt, Waschtisch im Bad nicht fachmännisch installiert).

Worst property in imperial beach

Property canceled my trip and left me standard. Then did nothing to help me get into a hotel. I have stayed here multiple times and they DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. Be warned don’t book here you will be stranded. They do not man the property so I was just out of luck. NO ONE CARED.

Nothing they offer horrible customer service and do not help you when you drive from another state to check in!

I would recommend the property

Appreciated the location. Easy to walk around.

The person on the other side of the wall who had the TV on really loudly all night. No way to reach someone to contact the person. I was traveling with my elderly mother, not too excited about just knocking on the door.

Ceiling fan Comfy bed Fridge/freezer, microwave in room Water filling station inside the lobby Friendly staff Easy keyless entry Parking right outside room door Nice sitting area in between buildings So very close to beach, right across street. There was a public outdoor workout area across street Short walking distance to restaurants

Construction was happening next property over (my stay was in August 2023), so waking up on Wednesday and Thursday morning to construction noise by 8am. Looks like construction will be going strong for another month or two. No AC, so windows needed to be open to cool room, which also means you can hear everyone (people at motel, people walking the street, cars driving by) around you. If you are sensitive to noise when you sleep, consider these situations. Ear plugs will help if you are a person who can sleep with them.

Had a great stay we will be returning!

The proximity to the beach and the walk ability to shops, pier and restaurants.The rooms were clean. Grounds very clean.

The bed was terrible for my back. Could have used more towels (2 small towels and 1 wash rag ) for a 3 days stay.. No towels or rags in kitchen for dishes. The rooms got pretty hot since they only supply fans NO AC.

My stay here was horrible. Avoid staying here.

The property was dirty and all the facilities were very old. There were cockroach traps hidden behind the furniture. A property to the rear of the hotel had a dog that kept barking late into the night & music played until late at night. It was that bad I chose to leave the property and give up the $150 paid. The hotel only offered a $50 refund which I objected to and they just ignored me and ceased responding. Do not stop here. The place is not nice at all.

Absolutelt Filthy!

nice easy location before travelling to CBX the following morning. A few bars and restaurants close by.

absolutely filthy!! the bathroom, windows, floors , surfaces etc hasn’t been cleaned at all. It smelled musty & even the bedding was smelly. The shampoo has been refilled and there were hairs in it. there was a big mound in the middle of my bed where it must have been fixed, not comfortable. The bedding was old and bobbly, wirh some extras just flung in the wardrobe, also smelly. It was a big room for 2 people, little kitchenette area, so it’s a shame. needs cleaning properly, a lick of paint and some new furniture that isn’t battered.

Dream vacation motel

The room and view were outstanding. Clean, well-maintained and stylish.

The floor is cobble tile, this is very attractive but a bit wobbly to walk on, at least for me. It's not a deal-breaker, tho. I'd love to see it at another point in time.

This is a cozy beachfront hotel.

this is one of my favorite places to stay!! great location and friendly staff.

we did only get one towel in the bathroom and it was a bit of a bummer, since there was two of us. I wish we would have known before they closed up the lobby for the night. but we managed 😎

It's a bit close to the sea

The staff is not waiting in the front lobby and just wrote down the phone number. I had to wait a long time and it was very inconvenient to use the television and curtains. irritation and disappointment
