Right on the Beach and Next to Schooner's

A-1 location on the Beach, two swimming pools with hot tubs, Schooner's right next door. Parking garage across street and cost included in rental. Furniture was comfortable, WiFi was good. When we notified the office re: maintenance and cleanliness, they were very responsive and I expect that those issues will be fixed. It would then be a very nice condo. We forgot some articles and owner/rep located them and shipped them back to us. Were always professional and helpful in any contact with the owner/rep.

Bed was fair, Kitchen and both Baths need thorough cleaning, Housekeeping did a poor job (didn't clean at all?) prepping the condo for new visitors. All floors dirty, baseboards dirty, inside kitchen floor very dirty, cabinets and bottom of oven drawer grimy with old food particles. Dish washer leaked. Dryer very noisy when operating. Needs measuring cups and measuring spoons. The tooth brush holders and soap trays were caked with old toothpaste and soap (health hazard!). This property requires some updates, deep cleaning & painting.

Seychelle's 907

The condo was comfortable. It had the basics in the kitchen, most important to me was the choice of coffee pot and single brew Keurig. Refrigerator was clean. View from balcony was wonderful. Going from room to parking deck was easy. As was room to pool and beach.

PSA, parking on 3rd level of deck provides your luggage carts and access to building elevators via skywalk. Get your parking pass for your vehicle ASAP or you will receive a parking violation.

only one set of soaps for two bathrooms . and one roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms . You couldn't set the temp below 70 and I like to sleep at 66

I enjoyed my stay great location room clean and the stay we’re prompt with speaking to me about a minor issue I will def

The property was clean and right on the beach

only thing I didn’t like was the beds we’re uncomfortable and the head board wasn’t sturdy

Exceptional

The view was great after we cleaned the room it was more comfortable really enjoyed our stay and I'm sure the house keeping is understaffed as is everyplace I have talked to so we didnt mind to spend 45 mins out of our vaction to lend a helping hand would deffintley use real joy again

The room could have been cleaned better there was stuff left from previous visitors there was womens panties and socks and shoes and the rug smelled like it had been wet and molded

Loved the location the view

Floors were really dirty...as soon as we got here our feet got really dirty ....one bathroom toilet was broken....when you needed to flush you had to pull the string in the tank

Superb

Good location. Clean. Great access to the beach and pools. Good restaurant next door.

The decor and furniture need to be updated. Very dark but functional. Interior balcony curtains did not look functional or look good at all.

Exceptional

I love the location I really did love the apartment layout which was pretty as well it just needed cleaning more thoroughly. It was quiet and friendly people were great staff at schooners restaurants was amazing which I know that's no party you guys but it's a great location. Really all over all had a wonderful time. I was there with on a softball tournament with my husband so we only stayed the three nights but it was nice to get away with no kids. Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back under the conditions of the apartment being cleaner. Other than that it was worth it thank you so very much I hope to see you guys again.

Well overall we had a blast. Location was great, Shooners restaurant and staff exceptional. However in our room I found several pieces of half eaten chocolate and candy. Not clean to what I was expecting with it being a 9.0 rating. I didnt rhink it was sanitary clean just wiped down. However U believe in second chances and would really like to come back in hopes of better thorough deep cleaning. Hope to see you next year.
