Pro: Polite owner and new apartment. Great location close to the beach and with see views. Good heating system
Cons: The apartment is located in a fourth floor without elevator. Really difficult to find a parking place. No toilet paper, no shampoo, no coffee machine

Simple, modern and clean room. Nice for a short stay in Sarande. Very good location, friendly owner.
It had a small kitchen, but had little to no kitchen equipment.

Clean appartment, just 2 minutes walking to the beach. Comfortable bed and reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Great host with good communication.
Sometimes issues with the wi-fi stability, however you are there to enjoy the seaside.

Apartment is clean, has a sea view and excellent location
Not a issue for me, but there is no lift and need to walk 3 floors. Carrying heavy baggages might be challenging.

The hosts are easy to contact and very friendly, they even upgraded me to a room with a sea view. The location is central close to everything. The amenities are fantastic - a really comfortable place to stay.

The location is wonderful, close to everything, plenty of shops and markets, easy walk to cafes and restaurants, plus an amazing balcony with sea view. The apartment itself is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Everything seems brand new, of good quality, and in excellent condition.
The stairs might be a problem for some people. We are older retirees and had no problem, but if you have mobility issues you might be at a disadvantage.
