My Stay here was acceptable.

I Loved the warm welcoming, the cozy features, and fulfilling breakfast in the morning. I absolutely love how the kitchen has appliances. Employees were definitely warming and welcoming but the morning lady during checkou must’ve had a bad morning.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool closed early, that was the main reason I booked the room . My kids were disappointed. But I understand things happen.

Your staff is very friendly and security makes you feel safe

Unattended children in the pool throwing wet towels so my grandkids who are under 10 didn't get the fun it scared them .

I may stay again

good location by shopping and restaurants…the breakfast was good daily

small pool…no hot tub…and the appliance tops were dirty..I’m 6 feet tall and anyone under that will never see it…pull out bed had trash underneath which means nobody vacuumed under there. and the mirrors were dirty

Friendly staff, great location close to restaurants and shopping.

Staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel was a concern however between the mold and mildew on the shower tile grout and the stickiness of the floor in the breakfast area.

Better quality of cleaning. No linens in the room for the pull out sofa bed - these should be provided in the room.

I would never stay there again

The location

My room was not properly cleaned. No staff avaiable during the night. Kids running and knocking on my door, very loud noises until 3-4am. Security was little to no help oh by the way the pool was disgusting. Kids couldn’t swim because the water had not been properly cleaned

They Need To Do Batter

The rooms was very Romy the pool was nice when it was clean the breakfast was nice.

I didn't like the fact that the general manager seen 3 teen girls of mine going through the hallway speed walking told him to stop running after they got to the room he pushed the door open on them talking about them running when I made it up there luckily my brother was there he caught him running and when I asked him how do you tell them not to run but then you turn around and run. then the following morning housekeeping took it upon themselves to just open my room door did not knock or say anything just walked in. Then I lost almost $100 in food because the freezer went out they knew about it nobody did anything about it I didn't get new linen when I asked for it we didn't get tissue or trash bags half the dishes in the room was missing then let out bed and one of the rooms had blood spots on it and then again nobody did anything about this nothing.

Overall we had a great experience. Room was awesome and bigger than expected. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast looked really good, However there was a lot of items that were gone before the breakfast time ended.

Breakfast items should be replenished up until the end time of the breakfast hour.

Staff very welcoming. Location very good.

Lots of noisy teens were running and stomping the floor above us. We stayed there for my granddaughters 9th birthday. She only got to spend about 10 minutes in the pool before a bunch of VERY loud and boisterous teenagers took over the pool , even throwing a football around. my granddaughter started crying because the noise was so intense, so she didn’t get to enjoy time at the pool.

Family night getaway

All of the staff were super nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, it was nice and quiet, and the kids loved the pool and breakfast

Some of the furniture did have stains on it and scuff marks on the walls but other than that it was great. Pool could have been a touch warmer too.

Not worth the price.

Location: space

Pipe burst due to cold: No hot water for two days. No rebate. Pool Not working. No rebate. No daily servicing. Asked for towels to be delivered to room. Not done. Staff was friendly and responsive- if went to front desk.

It was a one night stopover; late in, early out.

Appeared to be clean with the necessary items for a one night stay. I liked the large size of the space. It has a separate living and kitchenette area. If I were staying longer it would have been perfect in terms of that. As it was I only stayed the night, no socializing in room.

The bedding could be nicer / more comfortable. The pillows are mediocre as well as the blankets and mattress.

Location was good close to good restaurants and shopping.

Hotel room did not have a hair dryer. Requested one from the front desk but did not receive it until later in the day after we had to leave for a business meeting.
