Great place to stay. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Very convenient and extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The only complaint we have and it’s very minor……the breakfast could use some cereal or something more but what was there was super delicious and I’m not complaining at all.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the hotel was beyond our expectations.

We were not aware there was an additional fee for the use of their WiFi. Be aware especially if you have children attempting to log into their phones or tablets. If it asks you for your last name and room number, expect to be charged.

Relocation Trip

The location was great because the hotel was located near many restaurants, gas stations, and parks. The staff was very friendly at check-in, and the parking lot was safe.

I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator didn't keep our food cold. Our leftovers were not fresh the next day.

Really nice for the price.

The rooms were updated and clean. Nice facility. Breakfast was shutting down and the attendant still served me. I was able to buy a nice small bottle of wine at the front desk.

Sheets were pilling and were not smooth. The walls were thin and I could everything my neighbors were saying (both inside and out).

"Distasteful"

The location was awesome. It was away from the city area with no congestion or traffic.

The front desk clerk was not professional. It's inappropriate to ask,"What brings you here."? When looking at my gov't I.D. and seeing an out of state address, she should have given us a list of nearby food locations, the local mall, or upcoming events in the area. She did not make us feel "at home," and I would suggest proper training in customer service from headquarters. The front desk is the face of the company.

The extra fees that don’t tell you about until the day of arrival , because what if you didn’t have the extra money due to neglecting to inform customers.

Very good

facility is new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall exceeded my expectation of what a 3 star suite would be.

Wifi is slow. Netflix is very slow and actually so slow that the subtitle doesn't show up timely. Breakfast could be better too.

Ashley ruined it

very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. breakfast was great

Front desk staff was rude specifically Ashley. Was told they do not take Chime which is the only debit cards my fiancé and I were carrying. Offered no solution or any help at all and stood there staring blankly at us. Severe lack of customer service and incredibly frustrating experience. Will not be back because of this.

Superb

The room was very clean, neat, and modern looking. Everything was comfortable. There was also no parking fee, which is a plus considering the last hotel I stayed at charged $20/day to park. We were able to check-in early which was very convenient.

Property in general was very nice. The only complaint I have is that we were awoken by housekeepers at 7:00 am vacuuming in the room beside us. Said housekeepers were also yelling loudly across the hallway at each other, which kept waking me and my fiancé up throughout the morning, and they also attempted to come into our room repeatedly between 8:00-9:00 am, despite check-out time not being until 12:00. I appreciate any and all staff that show up to work in these trying times, and I appreciate the housekeepers who ensured us a clean room, but I expect a little more respect for guests who travel from out of town and pay $156 to stay for one night. It’s costly and tiring to travel, and it would have been a much more enjoyable experience to be able to get some decent rest without being awoken considering it was hours before we were expected to check-out of our room.
