It was very good. The cleanness, the accommodation, the location, and the staff were all great.

The location!

The building was a bit old but it was clean. The private beach wasn’t private and it was really crowded.

Electricity cutting one hour per day, one elevator working for all building, water cutting off many time, no generator for building everything stopped during electricity cutting off, staff with bad attitude, Good reception staff and the manager

Great place for vacation

I like the location and the staff was great.

The lights of the whole building went off at least two times a day but it seems that was out of the hotel control

Exceptional

The location is really great on corniche and near most attractions. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful The apartment is very comfortable and wide

You have to pay to access the beach per person while it should be included within the stay No breakfast provided while the same price for most hotels include breakfast The balcony was narrow for a family, only for 2 persons

The beach access should be free for booking reservations as we pay more expensive rate , a complimentary tea and coffee tray should be available as well.

Disappointment

The location is very good, the apartment is side sea view, near to the beach ,super markets, pharmacies and restaurants.

First of all, it took them 2 weeks to confirm my reservation via the phone even though they deducted the reservation cost from the credit card on spot. Every time I call to confirm they say they will check and get back to me which never happened until I called them 3 days prior the trip and had to argue with them and suddenly they found my reservation!! Very unprofessional. The cleanliness level is a big zero, the smell of the place was very disgusting due to bathroom pipes, the duvet and covers were not clean I had to give them to the reception to get them cleaned, the carpets has a urine smell which was very awful. On my second day the electricity in the apartment had a problem that took them 4 hours to fix it and of course I had to spend this time in the apartment waiting for them. The housekeeping there are very rude and you have to ask them for everything twice. Even the AC remote was not working so you could either sleep with windows open for ventilation and bear the traffic noise or freeze at 22 C because you can't turn up the AC. The safe isn't working so you can't keep your value items up there. The apartment door lock wasn't working so I was keeping all my important docs and money with me all the time which was a headache. I was very disappointed that I Paid a lot for this.
