The hotel is extremely convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The valets are the best I’ve seen anywhere. They are always friendly and smiling, seem to love their job, and they hustle. They are the best!!
The people working at the desk don’t seem to want you at the hotel. Not friendly and border on rude.
Hotel is beginning to look dated and worn in the rooms. The air conditioning didn’t work one time and the paint is peeling in the rooms. There are no amenities at all. Discontinued room service too. Prices have gone up but service has gone down. Keep it up and The Hamilton will be the new favorite.

The location is great and I felt comfortable walking around on my own. The staff did send up a bottle of wine as an apology for the things that were wrong with the room.
The water in the hotel is set to lukewarm, which is the last thing you want when expecting a nice hot shower (when I called about it they said they would send up maintenanc, but this is the last thing I wanted to deal with on my night away). The towels were very low quality, thin and scratchy. There were no extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Also, the phone in the room did not work.
I expected so much more from a hotel at this location.

Our room smells like bleach. The sheets smell like bleach. You need to look into non-toxic cleaners and detergents. For a nice upscale hotel it should not smell like bleach.

“Village” location, plenty to do - shops & restaurants - inside and immediately outside the hotel. Self-parking very convenient. Staff very willing to accommodate specific requests before & during stay and at billing.
No truly accessible rooms - room doors can not be stayed in open position, for wheelchair users access.

Valet Service Staff treated us great and were very helpful. Hotel was very nice and clean.
The staff at the Starbucks was very rude. Since your hotel is connected to this facility and many of your guests visit there often, I feel you should know that the staff there were not treating customers as they should. We had stood in line to order and another couple walked in and one of the staff told us we would have to go to the end of the line because the couple came in before us. The staff member clearly had no idea what she was talking about because my group, as well as the other couple that walked in, were shocked at the statement that the staff member made. Also, it would have been nice to have been given a directory as to what accommodations were located both inside and around your hotel. We were first time visitors to the area.

very good for walking around, browsing, & choosing restaurants.
parking was a bit awkward, (especially self-parking mainly because the hotel doors were shut and locked @ the back entrance leading to the hotel lobby.
