Very friendly staff, excellent recommendations. Central location, near the train station. Small balcony with room. Stored luggage for free after checkout.

Comfy beds, clean large white towels daily, convenient for Nice Ville station (less than 10 minutes’ walk), convenient tram stops, stroll down shopping boulevard towards the old town.
Broken lift for half our stay (88 steps). No table in room. No drawer. Small open shelves. Very squashed corner for toilet. Towel-rail too high to reach to hang up towel. No hand towel. Carpet seemed slightly grubby.

The shower takes time to heat up early in the morning and we stayed a whole day without hot water on the days I stayed there. The lift is very small. On the sign it says it holds 3 people, but in reality it doesn't hold even 1 with a large suitcase. Impossible to enter the lift with more than one suitcase. I've never seen one that small before. The bathroom in the room floods, because the curtain is made of plastic and then it gets very wet because it is very small. From the photos on the website, when I booked, the room looked bigger.

Great location to stay if you travel by train to and from Nice Ville...5 min walk. Good value for money. The staff is super friendly and are there to check you in when ever you arrive. My train was delayed and I arrived at midnight, worried that I won't be able to check in. But friendly staff was there to meet me. Only one issue.
The shower takes ages to heat up and the water pressure needs a bit of Viagra.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is on a perfect location (beach, vieux Nice walking on a half hour distance) with a lot of public transport options. Great connection to for example the airport and Monaco.
The sheets weren’t changed, while I had made some staines by accident.

Although it was near the train station and next to the city centre, it was a quiet area. Clean and nice hotel.
The rooms were a little bit small and the elevator fits only 2-3 people.

Very nice staff, strong AC in the room, and there was a communal fridge and microwave near the reception.
Rooms crammed together like sardines, stomping and door slamming late at night and early in the morning, no sound insulation. And there was no table/desk to eat/drink at in the room (at least not in the single room). It felt more like a dorm than a hotel so if you're not interested in sleeping much, then go for it.

Room is a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids for short period.
Mould in the frame that holds the shower bottom up, disgusting. And smells. Ants in the bathroom and according to my kids they were also around the bunk bed. I had to book with a short notice and didn't have time to research the hotel before booking. 170 euros for 1 night. The ac worked but struggled. 2 man elivator or just luggage and you had to walk up. The hotel needs a renovation.

the room was smaller than I had chosen, the internet was malfunctioning and the shower was broken

staff was very cordial and helpful - big up to every staff member for being very helpful and friendly
- double bed was absolutely small. cannot express €220 for 3 nights for this tiny room. room was different from picture shown while reserving the room
- lift was tiny
- room service unavailable
- drinking water not provided in rooms
- television had only French channels (would expect something international as well)
- walls are too thin. can literally hear someone farting in next room (this is very disturbing)
