We stayed at this villa from the 15th to the 19th June. We were not aware that it villa had been renovated so it was a pleasant surprise on arrival. The villa is immaculate (the renovation was only just finished); it’s neutral which creates a nice relaxing environment. The kitchen has with all the mod cons you’d expect. Plenty of living space indoors and out to relax the hours away and if you like the beach it’s 2 seconds away and you can hire sun beds for a few Euros, the beaches were really well looked after and clean. As this villa is a few miles from the centre of Benidorm, either the local bus or a short taxi will have you there in minutes. The local contact that we met on arrival/leaving was really nice and helpful and the owner provided all the necessary general information so we had no issues at all. Pictures don't really do the villa justice. Would definitely recommend this villa to friends and families.

Very well equiped with good quality cutelery, crockery, glasses, bedding and towels. Stunning views from terraces and so close to the beach. Great location close to bars and restaurants. Ours only disapointment was the second bedroom which was really only a partition off from the hall way with sliding doors, my elderly parents offered to take this room which meant that to walk around the bed to the on suit you had to leave the sliding partition open to the hall way,this worked for us as we are a close family but could be a problem for 2 unrelated couples.

We had a really fantastic stay, cannot wait to come back!!! You can be quiet or busy, local bars near by, taxis and transport easy to navigate. Property was very clean on arrival, with somebody being there to welcome us to the villa. The owner was very approachable, this really is a home from home and would recommend a visit!!

We had never visited this area La Cala and we were very surprised about the calm area with beautiful beach and good restaurants and amenities only a few minutes walk. The house is nice and very well equipped with all we needed for our stay. We will surely come back, hopefully next spring!

The apartamet is spacious, very well equipped and clean. 2 different living areas so children can also relax. We really enjoyed the great barbacue terrace with a chill out área with bar and views over the beach and sea. We arrived late after a long drive with children but check in person was very kind and helpful also during our stay.

We are returning for a second time this year in September and we are really looking forward to it as we have found it to be a superb break. This house has everything you could possibly need and more !( even a wine cooler ) and is decorated to a high standard, all equipment and fittings are first class.The Owner's have been very communicative and answered all our questions quickly.The property has no problem with parking your rental car, as it has a choice of two garages, one on the beach front and one on the back lane.The view of the sea and beach immediately in front makes the holiday 1st class and the area ( La Cala) is very quiet and mainly residential and away from the bustle of the main Benidorm Old town, ( a 20 minutes stroll away )

As an avid traveler, who prefers to have the feel of staying at home away from home; our stay was perfect! We arrived at the airport of Alicante early in the morning for a long stay in Benidorm. With directions in hand and great expectations for our temporary home, we set off to Benidorm. The apartment is situated about 45 min. from the airport, and finding it was easy as we had frequent contact with the owner. To our delightful surprise everything was as advertised on the pictures, and dare i say; even better. The apartment is situated right on the beach in the Spanish part of Benidorm (away from the tourist traps), it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a big living room, a modern kitchen with all the facilities, two terraces and two garages. The apartment is tastefully decorated in impeccable condition, with everything one needs at home. As mentioned before it is right on the beach, with a close walking distance to food stores, coffee shops, and some very good restaurants(Ulia, La Cuina del Ponent, La Falua, just to mention a few) in the vicinity of the apartment. The apartment is also situated a short driving distance from all the attractions Benidorm has to offer. All in all we had a perfect stay in the apartment and we wish to return as our whole experience was very pleasant.

Am 11.November 2011 erreichten wir unser Feriendomizil. Wir wurden freundlichst in unserem Quartier empfangen. Obwohl die Dame beim Empfang kein deutsch sprach, wurde über Telefon mit der Eigentümerin alles zu unserer vollsten zu Friedenheit geregelt. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Die Geräumligkeit und die Terrassen mit dem herrlichen Meerblick sind überwältigend. Es handelt sich um eine vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung. Unsere Freunde waren vor zwei Jahren in diesem Haus. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum ist sehr günstig gelegen.Trotzdem nebenan eine Wohnung umgebaut wurde waren die Handwerker sehr rücksichtsvoll und störten uns in keiner Weise während unserem Aufenthalt. Einen netten und erholsamen Urlaub haben wir in unseren 17 Tagen verbracht. Peter

Die Wohnung wird nicht gut gepflegt, wir hatten sogar den Eindruck, dass die Putzfrau seit Monaten nicht mehr richtig sauber gemacht hatte. Die Toiletten waren in einem katastrophalen Zustand, unter den Betten hingen schmierige Staubwolken, der Kühlschrank war verschimmelt, die Lüftung im Badezimmer total verdreckt (mit Fotos dokumentiert). Die Brotkrümel der Vormieter unter den Polstern waren noch das Harmloseste. Die Vermieterin lebt woanders, sie ist nur telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Putzfrau sieht man nur bei der Schlüsselübergabe am Anfang, wenn sie ihr Geld für die Endreinigung kassiert. Sie übergab uns lächelnd die Wohnung, obwohl ein Wasserhahn im Badezimmer abgerissen war und die Haustürklinke am Boden lag. Wir machten sie darauf aufmerksam, aber es geschah nichts. Wir mussten selbst die Vermieterin informieren. Man ist in dieser Wohnung zum Putzen und zum Improvisieren gezwungen, wenn man nicht dauernd reklamieren und auf Handwerker warten will. Beide Terrassenliegen waren durchgebrochen, die Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Dazu kam eine wahnsinnige Lärmbelästigung durch Abbrucharbeiten in der Nachbarwohnung. Wir schlugen vor, den Mietvertrag gegen Rückzahlung der Miete für den nicht genutzten Zeitraum aufzuheben und eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Statt mit uns nach einer Lösung zu suchen, die den Schaden für alle Beteiligten reduziert hätte, schickte uns die Vermieterin eine Mail des Besitzers der Nachbarwohnung mit beleidigenden Unterstellungen und Tatsachenverdrehungen. Das offensichtlich zu dem Zweck, uns einzuschüchtern.
