third bedroom was extremely hot as it had no aircon

No breakfast- no potable tap water. We loved the pool, the grounds, the fruit trees ( especially cherry trees). We liked the space around us and the peace

Third bedroom was unusable . No wardrobes, drawers and no door on 2nd bedroom, insufficient kitchen items ( no kettle, salad servers, baking trays, pizza oven utensils etc); minuscule dishwasher. Inadequate blankets(needed two to cover a double bed with no tuck in )

It is a very nice, new and clean house with friendly and helpful Owner. highly recommended for family with children!

Spacious villa with fully equipped kitchen and beautiful garden and pool conveniently located close to Polignano a Mare. The host was lovely. He stocked the house with food and drinks on arrival and even gave us some delicious Italian pastries when we checked out.
