Beautiful bight cheerful accommodation. Small but well equipped kitchen. Excellent location, walking distance to lovely town with cafes, restaurants and market with fresh fish daily. Great local beach for kids, rock pools. If you like good local food, the natural coastline, swimming and rock pooling you will enjoy this place. Pretty flowers in gardens around. 15 min drive to Point de la Torche for windsurfing. Super host.

Having to go home

We were very happy with our stay at Residence Cap Marine, le Guilvinec. It was a lovely apartment and very well equipped. It was a great base from which we could explore the local area. Many thanks to Patrice the owner.

We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children ages 11,9, and 3) - The flat is well located near the town center with shops supermarket, bakeries, etc. and the fishing port within walking distance - The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean - The residence is quiet, although there are many families in the residence, but the pool ist closed at 7 pm (apart from the sea and occasional sea gulls you will not hear anything during the night) which is reasonable because it would be too cold even in summertime once teh sun starts setting - The beach is nearby also in walking distance although the nicer beaches for families are better reached by car if you are with little kids which is 5 - 10 minutes. You can easily park at the access points there and walk directly to the big open beaches (then 100 meters from car to the beach itself). - Use the nearby beach for a nice evening walk with the family and watch the sunset, you have a great playground there, too. - Discover the coast eastern and western direction with rocky sections and open and wide beaches where you can play, little restaurants with bretonnic crepes and oules-frites - Do not miss the sea-foot hall at the fishing-port! You can walk and try freshest sea-food there (fish, oyster, lobsters, gambas, etc.
