Located in Geremeas, this lovely house for $195 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The house is located in the tourist village of Kal'e Moru, elegant residence, built along the beach of Geremeas, the village is very pleasant and there are trees and flowers. The beautiful white sand beach, visible in photographs, is about a mile long. The house has views over the beach which is just 100 meters away. The house is on two levels: the ground floor there is a large patio overlooking the sea, a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, one double room, a veranda overlooking the beach, a room with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On the back there is a small garden with lawn, outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue. The house has a wall safe. On the beach, 150 meters from the house there is a kiosk - bar where you can rent umbrellas, pedal boats, canoes, rafts, and you can eat sandwiches and fast food. At 300 meters from the house there is a small well stocked market, where among other fruits and vegetables, and excellent local cheeses and pizzas takeaway or home delivery. Open from June to September. Next to the market is a bar. Free WiFi.

Located by a beautiful beach, very quiet in October leading to a peaceful sunny stay. Mario was very responsive and left us a welcome parcel of sweet treats. Villa was very clean and has lots of positives, comfortable mattress, great hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. some modernising would benefit the overall experience especially bedroom furniture, bed is very low and chest of drawers do not close or open easily. However we adjusted to the rustic charm and the location so close to the beach and easy distance to Vallasimus and its stunning beaches for a chilled week away was great. Thank you.

Schöner Familienurlaub in der Vorsaison
Tolle Lage des Hauses, besonders schön der überdachte Balkon in der 2ten Ebene beim Elternschlafzimmer mit toller Sicht auf das Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Strandurlaub zu geniesen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattetet es hat an nichts gefehlt. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Sandstrand. In der Vorsaison war dieser fast menschenleer außer am Wochenende. Leider war in der Vorsaison auch noch vieles geschlossen wie z.B. der nächstgelegene Supermarkt, so waren ca. 25 Minuten Autofahrt nötig zum Einkaufen, dank des sehr großen Kühlschankes mit Gefrierfach aber auch kein Problem. Mario war super bemüht und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem hatten wir 7 wunderbare Tage in seinem Haus und können dieses wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen. Super Sandstrand und kristallklares Wasser.
Mario der Vermieter hat uns via Telefon und Whatsapp geduldig zum Haus dirigiert. Als Willkommmensgruß stand für uns ein Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank und eine Schale leckeres Gebäck bereit. Das Haus hat einen super Meerblick und der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein Parkplatz mit elektronischen Tor ist vor dem Haus.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
TV und WLAN sind vorhanden.
Nur die Badezimmer könnten etwas größer sein und die Duschen zeigen leichte Gebrauchsspuren.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus -wir waren mit der Familie da (2 EW 3 K); Schlafzimmer sind getrennt (2;2;1) und das einzelne Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer im EG; moderne Ausstattung; nahe an einem schönen Strand; sehr netter und super organisierter Vermieter.

Nettes Häuschen in Strandnähe
Mario und seine Frau haben uns freundlich empfangen und eine kurze Hausführung gegeben. Er war jederzeit mobil erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps parat. Das Haus war etwas kleiner als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, für uns (4 Erwachsene/1 Kind) jedoch ausreichend. Es war alles im Haus was man für einen tollen Strandurlaub benötigt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und die Anlage gepflegt. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Schöner Blick, nah zum Strand. Mitte Oktober war es aber leider schon sehr leer. Insbesondere der Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt (15min mit dem Auto) war ein Ticken zu weit.
Mario und seine Frau waren aber super nett, hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar. Toll!

Wunderbar erholsame Tage
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 11 Tage ab Ende September gebucht. Bereits vor der Anreise war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Mario und Mima haben uns dann am Haus empfangen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Sogar Süßigkeiten standen für uns bereit. Vielen Dank.
Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas oberhalb von einem schönen Strand in einer Ferienanlage. Zu Fuß sind wir vom Haus etwa 5 Minuten zum Stand gelaufen. Während unserer Reisezeit war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Es waren kaum andere Gäste/ Inhaber dort. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es zur Hauptreisezeit manchmal auch laut und trubelig sein kann. Die Häuser sind dicht aneinander gebaut. Für einen Einkauf oder Restaurantbesuch benötigt man ein Auto (jeweils ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt).
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Im EG kommt man von einer großzügigen Terrasse (mit Meerblick) in eine offene Wohnküche. Die Küche ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Perfekt für Selbstversorger. Im hinteren Teil des Hauses erreicht man durch ein Schlafzimmer eine Logia mit Grill, Sitzmöbeln und Waschmaschine, welche uns gute Dienste leisteten. Die kleine Rasenfläche liegt oberhalb am Hang.
Im oberen Stockwerk liegt ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Balkon, der einen wunderschönen Meerblick bietet. Perfekt für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen. Das Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist klein, aber es ist alles da. Oben und unten sind zwei identisch ausgestattete kleine Bäder. Hier haben wir bemerkt, dass die Wohnung in diesem Sommer wegen der Pandemie voraussichtlich nicht so oft vermietet war. Die Abflüsse rochen zum Teil etwas unangenehm. Aber das sollte normalerweise nicht der Fall sein.
Wir haben nichts vermisst und waren von der Ausstattung, Lage und Gastfreundschaft begeistert. Die Wohnung haben wir bereits weiterempfohlen.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property . The description was accurate in every way , with all the amenities advertised, stunning sea views from both ground floor and first floor and less than a 5 minute walk to the wonderful beach .
The house was exceptionally clean on our arrival with water and a gift of local chocolates in the fridge which was a lovely touch.
Communication with the friendly owner Mario was excellent and he was always available for any queries from the moment we booked to the moment we left the property.
We would recommend staying at this property without hesitation and we look forward to visiting again next year.

Süßes kleines Reihenhaus
Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren im August für zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Was soll ich sagen, es war wunderbar. Dank Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren konnte man es sehr gut in der Sommerhitze aushalten.
Außer zum schlafen, duschen und kochen haben wir uns nicht wirklich im Haus aufgehalten. Die Terrasse (mit herrlichen Ausblick) war unser eigentliches zu Hause!
Die Badezimmer sind klein aber absolut ausreichend. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ist ein Durchgangszimmer auf die hintere Terasse und einen kleinen Garten.
Haben wir was vermisst? Hm, eigentlich nicht. War alles da was man braucht.
Der Vermieter, ist unglaublich freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn es „Probleme“ oder fragen gibt, kann man mit ihm problemlos in Kontakt treten. Es war wirklich toll!
Danke, Mario, für die Zeit in deinem Haus und deine tollen, freundlichen, aufmerksamen Umfang mit deinen Gästen! Hätten wir gewusst, wie aufmerksam und zuvorkommend bist, hätten wir dir eine Kleinigkeit aus Deutschland mitgebracht!

a wonderful time
What a wonderful tme we had in this house. We have never had such a luxery vacation before. We lacked nothing. Everything was full of care and love in the house. It was easy to feel at home. The view and the many walks on the coast did us a great job. We chose peace and cosiness in addition to the beauty of nature. The weather was great, even it was october. We can definitely recommend this house. The hospitality was great, and contact with the owner was easy to make.

Tolles Ferienhaus in direkter Strandnähe
Wir haben in Mimas und Marios Ferienhaus zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen verbracht. Alles war top gepflegt, die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit modernem Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Ein Außengrill und die Waschmaschine im Innenhof taten uns ebenfalls gute Dienste. Durch die zwei Bäder mit Duschen sowie einer Außendusche mit warmem Wasser waren wir auch zu fünft schnell wieder sandfrei. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und drei Terrassen. Die Lage und der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer waren traumhaft. Jetzt im Oktober hatten wir den langen Strand bei 26 Grad Luft, 11 Stunden Sonne und 23 Grad warmem Meer fast für uns. Wir haben noch nie so klares Wasser gesehen wie in Kale Moru. Cagliari ist in ca. 45 min. und Supermärkte sowohl in Quartu Sant Elena als auch in Villasimius (ca. 20 min. Fahrt) gut zu erreichen.
Wir bedanken uns bei Mima und Mario für den tollen Urlaub und die reibungslose Abwicklung und kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße, Mario und Sandra mit Kindern

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir waren im September/Oktober für eine Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung.
Die Lage, Aufteilung und Ausstattung war perfekt und genau wie beschrieben!
Die komplette Wohnung ist gut durchdacht und mit Gefühl eingerichtet. Ein echter Ferientraum!
Wir haben jede Mahlzeit auf der Terasse mit Meerblick genossen,
Nachts hört man das Meeresrauschen im Schlafzimmer, wenn die oberen Balkontüren offen sind!
der gemauerte Grill im hinteren Teil der Wohnung mit Garten ist gut gebaut.
Noch ein Highlight ist die nicht einsehbare Außendusche im hinteren Teil mit Warmwasserbereitung! Sehr praktisch!!
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief immer schnell und kompetent, sehr angenehm!!
Ein eigener Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Areal gehört auch noch dazu.
Der Hausstrand leicht kiesig, aber wunderschön und in 2 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Charmantes Haus in schöner Bucht
Der Gastgeber Mario bietet ein charmantes und bestens ausgestattetes Haus. Uns - fünf Erwachsene - hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung in einer Bucht mit schönem Sandstrand, der zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht wird. Mario ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Traumurlaub
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten nach Absprache sogar schon früher als vorgegeben in unser Feriendomizil einziehen. Es hat eine traumhafte Lage,wir haben den Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen.

Gut eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Meerblick
Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen nah am Meer gelegen (3 Minuten), sowohl von der Terrasse wie auch vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Meerblick. Die Austattung ist mit großem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Klimaanlage vollständig, zudem waren die meisten Geräte neuwertig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren zur Genüge vorhanden, die sanitären Anlagen neuwertig und gepflegt. Zudem waren viele Kleinigkeiten wie Waschmittel und Sandspielzeug schon vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war von Beginn an unkompliziert und verlässlich. Die Übergabe des Hauses lief sehr freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Mitte April bis Mitte Mai) zu Besuch. In dieser Zeit sind kaum andere Bewohner in der Siedlung anzutreffen. Einige Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung hatten zudem geschlossen. Ein Supermarkt ist nicht vor Ort, der nächste ist ca eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und in der Nachsaison (Oktober) ist man fast alleine in der näheren Umgebung. Einzig die Baustelle des Hotelneubaus beeinträchtig ein wenig die Ruhe. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und Mima und Mario haben sich viel Mühe bei der Einrichtung gegeben. Die Küche hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, sogar ein paar Getränke waren bei Ankunft vorhanden (vielen Dank). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Delightful and perfect beach side hideaway - great for couples or families!
From the start when Mario showed us round his villa (Mario - grazie mille per le dolci di Sardi!) through to leaving with tans and sand between our toes, we had the perfect beachside holiday.
The photos of Mario's villa are only part of the story and going there just shows how much more there is to it. The beach is very much only 100 metres away and is super. We went in mid September so we felt we had the hamlet of Geremeas to ourselves which we loved. The scent of jasmine is there when you have your morning coffee on the terrace outside and again in the evening as you eat wonderful Sardinian produce. Bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers are everywhere which make you feel as though you are somewhere tropical.
We found that a car was necessary to get around (there is a mini market in Geremeas for basics right next to the great trattoria which provided super morning coffee and evening aperitifs - there are huge Carrefours and Conads around 30-40 mins away either to Villasimius or Cagliari) and there is ample car parking around 50 metres from the villa. The villa is immaculate and entirely charming - you have everything you need for a beach holiday (a huge fridge, gas hob, electric oven, outside washing machine, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms, living/dining area and day dawdling terraces upstairs and on the ground floor (I lost hours reading and watching the view - seeing the sun rise in the morning was addictive viewing).

Perfect location for beach holidays... even with kids. Only max. 5 minutes walk form the beautiful beach (one could even go in swimsuit already). Mario and Maria are very kind and nice. We even got fruits and water on arrival in the fridge ! Perfect !!!
The beach is very nice and clean - not too overcrowded -, the sand is rather fine and the shore is not steep ... so even small kids have much fun and are safe.
The House is good, we missed only an Airconditioning (and at first a "north-european" coffee-machine... but we bought one and then it was... :-) ) . The nights were extremly hot and only ventilators were not enough for us - so we decided to sleep on the balcony :-)
So, all in all we had 2 great weeks in which we only missed the airconditioning. We didn´t thought that it was THAT hot at night in the end of August and that there was no wind at all in the evenings. We would proppose to install AC for the sleeping rooms. Then it would be 100% perfect :-)
But nevertheless... we can recommend it - if you are "heat-proof" :-) :-) It´s very nice and extremly relaxing......

We stayed for a week at Mario's beautiful place with our 10 months old baby. It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with a baby. The house offers lots of shadow, place to sit and eat outside with a great ocean view. It is very close to the beach, only 2 minutes walk. The beach turned out to be great for the kid, as the sand is not super fine (it easily peals off from the baby).
The house is very well equipped with everything you do need. Even with a chair for the baby and a baby bed.
Mario and his family is very friendly and helpful.

The sandy beach is only 100 m from the villa and at this time of year is quiet and sadly the Bar/Kiosk was not open so had to travel to neighbouring village by car for groceries.
The owner Mario is pleasant and very helpful and accommodating landlord.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan on returning again soon.
