Nestled in Marbella, this charming condo for $245 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Elegant, light-filled apartment with outstanding sea views and four swimming pools. South-facing terrace. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with monitor. 55" Smart TV, IPTV, and aircon. We are well located to access the best beaches of Marbella, restaurants, outstanding golf courses and family-friendly activities just a four-minute drive. A private parking space is provided for free. Baby cot and baby highchair also available on request. Great for Summer and Winter Sunshine holidays. We have a very high standard of cleaning. The apartment has one of the best views and aspects in the complex. We are in a residential gated community with a secure alarm system. You will be met by our property keyholder who lives in an apartment in our block. The shops and restaurants are six minutes drive from the apartment, and seven minutes to the beach. To walk it takes 25 to 30 minutes and is uphill on return. We recommend using a car for this property to explore the local area and Andalucia. We will not be at the apartment it will be for your exclusive use. Our keyholder who lives opposite (or her colleague) will meet and greet you on arrival. We remain available to you through messaging or email during your stay to answer any questions you may have. Your comfort and enjoyment of our holiday apartment is important to us. Elviria is the most sought after area of Marbella and due to the geographical location, position of the beach we have the advantage of more daytime hours of sunshine than other parts of the coast. Nestled in Unesco protected cork and pine forest we love the white sand beaches, warm sea and views of Africa. We enjoy the beach bars (churingitos), local family activities and the restaurants and cafes. There is an excellent selection of golf courses including the beautiful Santa Maria Golf. The apartment is for the guests' private and exclusive use, and parking space. Our guests have access to four communal pools and gardens which are rarely busy. An elevator is available from the car park level to the apartment level. Please note that in April 2024 there is a drought situation in Andalucia and all pools in Marbella are closed due to the water shortage. This is only temporary and we expect this to change soon as seasonal rains are expected. Apartment includes - NEW 2024 - panoramic glass on balcony to enhance the amazing view. -fast fibre-optic broadband WiFi, a dedicated desk, chair, monitor & printer. from home. - good size terrace with an electronic sunshade. - pool towels - luxury comfortable sunloungers - Barbeque - 55" Smart TV, television channels IPTV service providing channels from many countries including English channels. - well equipped kitchen - cupboard basics - washing maching and dryer - baby cot, baby highchair provided for families with a baby (please request in advance) - games - high standard professional cleaning Nearest airports Malaga and Gibraltar. 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport door to door. Car hire is very competitively priced. We recommend car hire to make the most of the location and explore Andalucia. Airport taxi transfer services and local taxis are reasonable and plentiful. There is an airport bus service between Malaga and Marbella Bus Station, you would then need to take a taxi from the bus station.

We really loved our stay - forgot about vacation appartements, this was really a home. Nice and big with all utilities- beter internet than at home. Good working airco and very nice neighborhood. Really loved the golf course. As per our opinion- a car is a necessity - doing things on foot is too far and to mountainous.

The appartment was very well equipped - from the big things like washing machine, dishwasher..... to the little things like vinegar and oill, washing soap and tabs for the dishwasher. You have a very nice view of the pool and the sea. Dora did a great job to enable an early check in and in introducing us to the appartment. The communication with Celia was perfect. Thanks

Just back from what I can only describe as the most gorgeous, relaxing 2 week holiday, just perfect. After a very stressful few years, we knew the holiday would suit our needs but Celia and David's apartment exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean and comfortable with all we could need, on a gorgeous complex with a fabulous terrace and stunning view. Booking process was faultless and in Spain Dora was so very kind and helpful. We encountered no problems what so ever and my only wish is that we could have stayed the whole summer! We loved the big pool opposite and when we wanted 'fun' time, we spent many hours, often by ourselves, at the gorgeous smaller pool below the apartment. Elviria is lovely and we hired a car to explore the area wider, our favourite place being old town Marbella, Orange Square with its vibrant atmosphere and traditional delicious tapas! We also loved cabapino Harbour just a few minutes drive away. Both our teenage children enjoyed themselves, perfect family time in a perfect apartment. Thank you for the divine rioja which we sourced more of for our nights in (!!) and is now my go to drink! Thank you for the most memorable, special holiday which we hope to repeat in the future.

The apartment was clean and everything you needed was in it. The balcony was much smaller than we had thought .The space for garage parking was very very small and tight not suitable for Audi!!!!Overall we had a good week and lovely weather.

Celia and David's apartment is excellent! It really is a home from home with every mod con and comfort. The settees and beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance you could wish for. A huge terrace and the most comfy sun loungers we've ever had. There is so much that is good about the place that I could go on forever. I will just leave it by saying that the description on the website is totally accurate. We like staying in the Elviria area as it a conveniently central place for visiiting other places on the Costa del Sol. There are lots of places to eat in either Elviria or just down the road at Calahonda. On a topical note, it was great to have the use of a printer so we were able to print off all the necessary forms required for returning to England without having to rely on our phones. I would totally recommend Celia's apartment to anyone and am sure we will be back there in the not too distant future.
