Great location.

Definitely not value for money. Breaskfast was not offered which is fine, however, there were very limited facilities despite the lack of breakfast. There was a coffee machine in the room but no other options like tea, hot chocolate or a kettle for hot water. There was no fridge so sorting our own breakfast was a struggle. The room was clean at a glance, however, simple areas were not. The coffee machine had residual coffee stains from previous uses. The extractor fan in the shower was covered in a thick layer of dust and the shower had a brown film of dirt on the lower tiles. The hotel has potential with a lovely shaded outdoor seating area but this is not utilised so really a waste of space. The reception area is dark and cluttered with furniture thats pushed together - just not inviting. The front desk is not usually manned with a permanent, hand-written sign on the door saying that no one is around at the moment. We found this a bit odd especially at check in and check out times. I would think twice before booking. If you're looking for a no frills place very last minute, this may suffice. If not, dont waste your money.

Fantastic location. Veiw over the lake from the balcony. Sparton furnished room was lovely and addsd to to the perfect experiance.

Great overall but bathroom could be upgraded at low cost just by adding a shower curtain/wall and a shower head holder

the property was pretty bare but you’re paying for the location and views. we didn’t stay in the room much so it was sufficient for 2 nights and we did love the view.

There wasn’t anything to love or hate it was just a place to sleep with a nice view. However, if you have a car the parking situation is reallllllly tough. we may have found a place outside of the city center if we had known this ahead of time.

The property, location, and staff are amazing. Chiara and the rest of the staff took wonderful care of us from the minute we arrived in Bellagio. They were helpful, patient, and kind. The room was clean and perfect when we arrived. The view was incredible from the room and balcony. We would definitely come back and stay here again without a doubt!

no parking included although they stated it in the emails. we arrived late and hungry, and it was a hassle to find parking at that hour. we asked for advice where to eat but we’re pretty much left with google maps

View was amazing from my room. Maybe one of the best in Bellagio.

Staff were hard to get a hold of when checking in and checking out. They may have been understaffed but there was no one at the desk at 9am on checkout day.

The hotel was very nice, right in the city сenter. Personal was very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony and an amazing view on Como lake. Everything was very good.

Superb location beautiful to look out and see lakes and Clock tower. Removed from hustle and bustle but easily walked in 5 mins.

To enjoy views you have to climb! Fine for us but a less able person may struggle plenty of resting places!

The gentleman at the reception is very much the best person we had during our stay in Italy - very friendly - very keen to help (thanks for helping with the suitcases!) - the view from the balcony was good.

Bellagio prices are a bit tricky but it is what it is.
