good location, everything very clean, the kitchen included a small washing machine and a dryer, a dishwasher, a toaster and equipment for cooking. Definitely a good place in summer.

The major problem was that the weather was bad, it was a rainy day in April and had just 14 degrees Celsius. On our beds there were sheets and a thin bedspread, but no blankets at all, so it was too cold. The heating did not work, but we tried it at 21.00, so maybe it was to late. The Wifi didn´t work, hot water was not available, but we found out ourselves how to open the hot water tank, so we could take a hot shower. The window in the main bedroom was broken and did not close properly. Maybe the bad experience was our fault, because we were asked in a mail if we needed sheets and should pay extra ( 20 Euro doble bed and 15 Euro single bed) - which I refused to pay, as we had a single overnight stay and the information in booking.com did not mention extra costs. But at the end we paid 140 Euro for 1 night, so it was okay.

The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Air conditioning, very clean throughout and plenty of space for up to 4 people. Owner very quick to respond to questions.

Needs more mugs for tea/coffee (only 2 in the set).
