Linda was very nice and resposive The place was well appointed. The Tiki Bar and pool were lots of fun. The location was great. I'd go back, but avoid the weekend if you aren't a night owl. Folks were apparently having lots of very noisy fun in the tiki bar last night. We went for Tarpon Springs, but fell for Dunedin It's a charming town

We stay at Linda's place at least once a year, sometimes more. Linda communicates well and is very accommodating. The condo is cute, well appointed, clean, comfortable, the bed is very comfy, and check in is always a breeze. Marker8 being on site is a great Bonus and its a short hop to downtown Dunedin or Honeymoon Island. Highly recommend!

Dunedin beaches and downtown area are worth visiting. Great restaurants downtown and nearby. The condo, although older was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Nice outdoor balcony patios and well equipped kitchen was a plus. The check in and check out process was efficient. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Husband and I have always stayed with friends in Dunedin, but this time we decided to pick a resort. We had driven past Beso del Sol numerous times on previous trips, and we were super excited to stay at Linda’s unit. It did not disappoint! The property exceeded our expectations and the sunset views were perfect: even during a lightning storm! Bikes available to ride the Pinellas Trail, which we truly enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again 😀

This was a first time visit and we chose it because we were looking for a smaller building but close to water. Having TWO pools was a plus along with a restaurant and bar onsite as well. The communication and information beforehand was accurate and appreciated. Smooth checkin and the unit was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pools, restaurant and bar and we’ll come back again.

Very clean overall, comfy bed (we brought our own pillows), plenty of supplies for what we needed. Decor was very cute, the space was plenty for two people. Location was spot on, ideal jumping off point to local spots of interest.The A/C works incredibly well. We couldn’t hear any outside noise day or night and appreciated the quiet. Check in was super easy, too. Couch was really comfy for relaxing before bed with a book. Only thing we would request is some non-slip texture on the bottom of the tub. Oh! Also, this is the BEST place for sunsets!!!

This is our second time staying in this unit, and it was even better than before! The kitchen is fully stocked and an island has been added, which gave us plenty of space for food prep. The best part of the unit is the location! There are two separate balconies with good views of the water, and it feels private and more quiet on this side of the building. It’s also close enough to the elevator to be really convenient but not close enough to hear elevator traffic. You will love the relaxing vibe of the facility and it’s proximity to downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas trail. Plus, having the bar/restaurant (and pool!) on site is great! Book it - you won’t regret it!

We had a great time! Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We were able to rent bikes nearby and bike to Honeymoon Island State Park and out to Clearwater. Beautiful sunsets every night!

Great place to stay! Great location! Second time staying at this property. Love the updates implemented since last stay. Bicycles were not available when we stayed. I understand the owner is working to provide. Through communication with the owner, we decided to bring our own bicycles. Can't wait until I can stay again!

We chose this property for the water view, the location to the bike trail and the cute town of Dunedin. It did not disappoint. Loved it.

What a beautiful home! Thank you for sharing! The only issue is the parking: signs clearly state where resort guest are to park, but orange cones were used to save spots and once the bar closes numerous spots became available—go figure. Resort should look into having dedicated parking slots for guest of resort.

This condo was the perfect backdrop for a little escape from everyday life. Great location on the water with an easy 15 minute walk into downtown Dunedin. The condo was well-appointed, clean, and very cute. Linda is a helpful, responsive host. Marker 8 tiki bar is a lovely and festive place to watch the sunset. There's a lot more in the area that I didn't get to explore! If you're looking for a laid-back place to get away, this is it. I'd definitely go back!

One of our best trips! Perfect for our 40th anniversary!! Super place, and we’ve stayed at more than a few. Well appointed kitchen for 2. We cooked numerous times, had everything we needed, and didn’t mind washing our few dishes. (Bring paper products if you don’t like washing.) Dunedin is not far from St Pete where we went out Dolphin watching or Clearwater, best beach, or Honeymoon Island, for shelling. The highlight though was the amazing sunsets every night on the bay, at our pool. We chose the public pool side for dinner at Marker 8 when arriving, best Cuban sandwich my husband said he’s had! The rest of the week we went to the condo guests only pool and jacuzzi and brought down our own refreshments. You could grill your own dinner there too. We needed help with key once due to our own issue and maintenance was able to help within 5 minutes at 7:15am! We both agreed we will come back!
