Very nice place. The apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. It has all the utilities (washing machine, dishwasher, ...) The terrace was nice. The view was/is fantastic. The nearby beaches are nice they offer natural shadow but it's not enough for everybody. The owners are nice and friendly. They help with problems and don't complicate. The shop in the "lobby" is a nice feature. There were no late parties or noise, so one can relax in the evening and during the night. 2 Air conditioners cool down the place. One can leave bikes and other equipment in the lobby. If you are looking for a nice and almost new apartment, this is the place.

The parking is not easy to access. The owners have an agreement with neighbors to use a staircase to the beach, instead of the normal road. However, there are 200 stairs to the beach. The kitchen is small (a half/stove), but one can manage. The terrace has a sun shade, that must be retracted in case of wind, so you don't have a shade all the time. Not for families with small kids due to a lot of stairs in my opinion.

Great quiet appartment with amazing view!!

The stairs were challenging but worth it every day! If you have bigger car, talk with the owners for a suitable parking spot- it’s fixed without any problems.

The villa is located in a beautiful area of Brela. It is very close to the sea, but you have to go down the stairs. It can be difficult for the elderly. This is not a problem for us. We booked 2 rooms for a family. The owner was waiting for us to hand over the keys. The rooms are clean, well equipped, there are spacious terraces with a view of the sea. On the first floor of the villa there is a grocery store with everything you need. It is very convenient. Highly recommend.

Nice big and modern appartment fully equipped. Dishwasher and washing mashine in the apartment. Big terrace with amazing view on the sea.

The parking places are very difficult to get to. With a bigger car it can really be an issue. The apartment cleaning during first days of our stay was not performed properly. After informing the care takers they started to clean better. There are too many stairs on the way to the apartment which is located high upstairs and therefore it is not suitable for people with health issues and it is also difficult to carry heavy stuff in and out.

Great place for a family or a group. Owners are really kind and helpful. Great stay, if you have a chance take it!

It was an excellent 10 days we spent we the family. Nice and quiet place with a great view and good location (we like walking). You have pretty much everything nearby and lots of places to explore. A grocery store located in the same building which is a plus.

Nothing special, stairs sometimes :)
