Locația hotelului, aproape de centru. Personalul foarte drăguț, băiatul de la recepție ne-a ajutat cu transportul dimineața către aeroport. Camera mare și curată.
Mobila și aspectul camerei învechit. Pernele foarte tari și înalte.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent- very spacious with lots of view, an extremely big, comfortable bed and a great working area. The breakfasts had everything I wanted, well prepared and tasty food. The price was reasonable. The location was right in the middle of everything I wanted to see. Castellon itself is a wonderful place to spend a few days - I was there for five and could have used a couple more.
Just one thing: I find the WIFI at NH hotels is not as good as the WIFI I get at most other places. They offer you an upgraded WIFI for 9.90E for 24 hours. I don't take this.

Everything was good
No furniture on balcony, this only complaint I have. Would have been a 10 if the balcony had a couple of cheap chairs and a table

sheets and blackout blinds, balcony, good shower and supplies, staff
pillows (too high, hurt my neck), lights too bright and not accessible everywhere. no outlets available, old style, The worst part was that the street was not accessible by car and no where they say to park here or there to help us. That was annoying. When you have an hotel in the centre you have to tell people where to park

Breakfast was said to be very good - it was not. the bread was dry. The scrambled eggs was overdone, and the bacon was not fried, but steamed!!

The staff is very kind and helpful. Hotel is very well located downtown, near of a lot of restaurants. Breakfast is good. Facilities are a little old, but compensated by the staff kindness.

Helpful staff, Central location.
Noise levels in the room. Note that the double glazing does a great job of reducing it, however, the street is often busy and appears to act as an amplifier of any noise below. Difficult to see how the hotel could do anything about this, however, as a guest know that it will be noisy.
Safe did not work and could not be made to work when notified to staff.
Balcony had no furniture and partitions between rooms lacked both security and privacy.

Breakfast was super and very friendly staff at the Hotel.
No parking available at hotel, hotel needsto have a preferencial agreement with nearby parking house.
