Polecam wybór pokoju z widokiem na morze! to on robi wrażenie! Śniadania ok, spory wybór, w warnikach gotowa kawa i gorąca woda do herbatki, kawa z ekspresu dodatkowo płatna. Śniadanie można sobie wykupić na miejscu 12 euro dorośli, 6-8 euro dzieci do 8 lat. Wewnętrzne ścieżki - ogród zadbane. dwa baseny, czyściutkie i dość duże.

I really liked the outdoor space. Fabulous decor.
A full length mirror in the apartment would have been useful as well as a clock

These apartments are in a beautiful location. The views are amazing, the apartments and surroundings are clean. The pools were really lovely, clean, not too crowded, even for August and pleasant temperature. There is a nice restaurant on site with a good atmosphere in the evenings if a little under-staffed high-season but staff are pleasant. The reception staff are polite and the shuttle service is good. The beach and sea are lovely.
The problem in our rooms re the 2nd toilet was resolved promptly after reporting.
Air conditioning is adequate in my opinion but does just serve the living room not the bedrooms.
There is a small shop with essentials about a 10 minute walk away and a lovely gelato shop and a few restaurants (only one of which we tried). The town of Porto San Paulo is closest and definitely worth a visit...you must book with Solesalesardinia if you intend on doing a boat trip...worth every penny!!!
Due to my lack of knowledge of Sardinia itself (1st time visit) the apartments were very isolated for us. This may be to some people's liking but it was too remote for us. Do NOT attend this hotel without a CAR!!! Unless you plan on staying at the hotel solely and not going anywhere except their beach via shuttle bus included.
The taxis in Sardinia are incredibly expensive, need plenty of notice and there is VERY limited public transport.
The website states hourly bus transport to and from the beach...this is NOT the case, the shuttle although great is only every couple if not 3 hourly even at height of season (August).
The restaurant at the beach (not connected to the hotel) is very expensive and not big portions...Good food but be wary of prices, we got caught on the 1st day after a long walk down as we missed the shuttle bus.
The private beach was lovely but incredibly crowded (August).
There was zero communication at check-in about anything (eg, bins, bedding, toilet rolls) and no information/booklet in the room about anything either (including the gas bottle which runs the hob...dangerous to have no information about switching it off?)
Bearing in mind these are self-catering apartments, (for the British among you) there is no toaster, no kettle, no oven...just a hob.
Heads up...Uber is available in some areas of Sardinia, I couldn't tell you how cost-effective they are as we didn't get to use them but don't get too hung up on the locals telling you , you can't get taxi's, you can...it just might cost you the earth if you don't plan ahead!

Location, restaurant, pool, privacy
Expensive for what you get - no housekeeping or fresh laundry. Still waiting for my deposit to be credited back. No security safe

Position, panorama, size of the apartment. Pool is very nice.
One bath was very small, kitchen too was fairly small. AC worked but didn't really help keep a decent temperature during night.

We liked the pool and playground.
I was terribly disappointed with the room we got. On the basis of pictures and information on booking.com I expected and was looking forward to a spacious terrace with an open sea view. We got a room with little patio with view on water hydrant. When I complained at the reception, I was told they cannot offer me any other room. In my opinion, it is deceptive to show only pictures of the best apartment.

Location, swimming pool and sea view
No air conditioning in the bedroom. Just one unit in the living room, which wasn’t efficient to get the bedroom in a nice temperature.
4.0
unfortunately only the view from the apartment
staff was very rude (reception ladies) when we complained about terrible wifi - the answer was: you have to use your computer in the terrace. other complaints were also addressed in a very rude and standoffish attitude. in regards to the wifi: i worked remotely from the terrace and got a bunch of mosquito bites and a cold. wifi does not work inside apartments at all and only works outside which was a terrible experience due to cold temperature at night. apartments are also NOT accessible with guests with disabilities so be ware of that!

A beautiful location and great apartment. Staff helpful and efficient. Grounds beautiful kept and pools both superb. The restaurant (Bbq and pIzza) really good. Food excellent and staff really attentive. Second pool situated right by it so easy to use bar too. Free transport service to beach and beach was perfect. Both bedrooms in chalet good size and comfy beds. Washing up liquid and cloths provided - a nice touch. Would definitely return.
No kettle

Rooms are spacious, swimming pool is beautiful, nice restaurant next door, and the beach is stunning! Kind staff and very clean appartement.
Please be aware that if you are staying in an appartement with upper neighbours that it can be very noisy. You can hear every chair moving, person walking or kids playing.

I loved the view we had from our room! We had a little problem with the gas stove, but the staff immediately took care of it!! We had free welcome drinks down by the bar next to the sea, and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. I loved the location, but wished that a washing machine, or even a laundry service would’ve been available.
Disliked · The shower was horrible!! It leaked water everywhere. Our room was a bit old. I know that some of the residence was renovated, unfortunately we didn’t get the nicer place.

The place really is lovely the pool is great, we went in October so a little cold for our baby to swim. the bbq restaurant had good atmosphere, one staff member was great, one was a little rude as we booked for 2 people and then turned up with a 6 month old baby in a pram. the tennis courts aren’t shown in the pictures, I don’t know why as they are the best courts I’ve ever seen, absolutely perfect, although again we didn’t stay long as the mosquitos were out even in the day.
The rooms are a little outdated
There were So many mosquitos and we spent the whole time trying to cover our baby up and run too and from the car, we often hid in the room of an evening as didn’t want to sit outside through fear of being bitten alive but as the room is outdated - it made us a little miserable to be sitting inside.
One thing we are quite angry about is that the hotel recommended us to drive to the beach, pointing out the way on the map. PLEASE DO NOT GO THIS WAY ESPECIALLY WITH A HIRE CAR it will absolutely ruin it, off road sand road where at one point you will completely destroy your car. you can walk OR you can drive the proper way by leaving the complex and going on the main road . please don’t make the same mistake we did ! The bar at the beach is worth the views so do go but walk or drive around. be wary of the mosquitos on the walk.

Great location, beautiful view from the apartments. Nice pool area, and great beach bar with free sunbeds.
Our apartment (Studio with seaview) was in an old building. Some apartments were renewed, but this one was close to the original status (build in 1988).
The bathroom was really small, the water didn’t flows down in the shower.
The fridge was so noisy, that we could’t sleep if it runs, so we have to shut it down for the nights.
The apartment was noisy, you can here everything from your neighbours.
Upon our arrival we had to catch many mosquitos, and flies, because the room was full with them.
Cooking was difficult, because the kitchen was small, and hadn’t any extraction.

It was close to Olbia Airport, staff were friendly, very nice bar/restaurant, ideal for a couple of nights.
Not many facilities in the location unless you have transport.

The view is amazing.
The bathroom. The bedsheets were not enough for the temperatures during the night. Breakfast was the same everyday, poor offer on cheese and salami.

good setting, good view, spacious apartment
we went in October, and had a few chilly days, the room felt a bit cold for autumn weather.
but it would be great in the summer.

View from the room was wonderful, and looked exactly like photo. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the young ladies in the breakfast area. If you walk down into the little village there was a much better selection of places to eat. There is also a small shop, in the village but it's only open from 8 til 1 and closed on Sunday. Again a steep walk down and back, but not as far as the beach.
The whole site is on the side of a hill, and some of the paths were very steep, even to get to your room. The beach is a long walk and again very steep. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. They did have a beach bus, but we thought it ended on 1st October, and it wasn't until we had walked all the way to beach we saw the van and he said he would come back for us , so luckily we did not have to walk back up the very steep hill. Approx 1 1/2 miles. The food in the BBQ restaurant was very hit and miss, the first evening was not good with cold nearly raw hamburger. 2nd night the pizza was very good. Although the booking says there are 3 restaurants on site the other 2 are actually at the beach and you had to pay for a taxi if you wanted to eat there in the evenings. I also did not like that walls were very thin, and you could hear them using the toilet next door. Be aware the shower is incredibly small. We are average sized people but it was quite a difficult task getting in and out. If you turned round while showering , you hit the tap and the water went off.

The food service was GREAT, good BBQ options, pizzas, pastas, etc - we LOVED the breakfast too!
The location of the hotel is very good too but you definitely need a car. They also offer a free daily shuttle service to the beach, which is just 15min walking anyway and it's a lovely walk. There's plenty of other amazing beaches around 10/15min by car. We highly recommend exploring this area / region of SAN TEODORO.
We also really really enjoyed both swimming pools!
Our rooms were simple but very functional, impeccable and comfortable!
Not much to dislike here....they try their best and we didn't have any issues except for finding our room the first time upon arrival, there's almost not signaling around the hotel which covers quite a wide area with lots of stairs here and there so you might get a bit lost the first time.

We loved the quick check in and excellent customer service. As it was our second time this year,we had a one bedroomed apartment with a fantastic view.We ate in the Bbqcrestaurant once again and visited the lively local beach within the facilities.
Coming home.

Very friendly staff at reception. An earlier check-in than the 3pm-5pm initially stated. On-site restaurant for breakfast/drinks. Two swimming pools. One bedroom apartment 201 with sea view is very spacious (though would have preferred to be higher up for an even better outlook!). Close to Porto Taverna Beach, with free parking for hotel residents.
Not a big deal but worth being before 0930 for breakfast as, after that time, food that has gone will not be replaced.
