OK. Not more than that but we don't do breakfast much
The dining room needs better protection from the wind

No swimming in the sea. East Coast not suitable for it,

The location was stunning on the quiet east side of the island. Bath beach is 3 km down the coast and the pool is great.
Food is great ( we had ourbest dinner in a three week holiday during our stay at the hotel). But breakfast is pretty expensive with some choices almost twice hilton prices. At weekends the only option offered to us was the buffet (85usd for two) when we only wanted coffee fruit and cereal.

The wild east coast of Barbados, “soup bowl” to watch amazing surfers, and history of the railway are not to be missed in any trip to Barbados!
Nothing-the staff was so friendly, pool was great, and drinks were the best we had on the island-not too sweet!

Breakfast was limited choice and not included in the price,
Location was lovely, restaurant shut at7pm and the bar shutters went up at the same time!
I felt it was very expensive. We seemed to have paid over the going rate, restaurant not open everyday, new changes to website since we booked, new reduced menu and bar closed by 7.30pm

I have previously visited Atlantis for Lunch and always wanted to stay the night. Due to flight changes we needed a bed for a night after a week on the west coast. location simply wonderful with waves crashing beneath the french doors. The extra large four poster bed was very comfortable. towels nice and a full size fridge for any perishables. good shower. residents swimming pool over looking the water was very nice.
the east coast of the island has a charming relaxed vibe. I will visit again.
the food was OK but nothing sensational which was surprising as the food at the sister hotel fishpot is some of the best on the island imho.
rugs in room needed a Hoover

I loved the location overlooking the sea and the relaxed comfort and traditional style.

It is a special place, unique and authentic. Witness of bygone times. I liked very much the room, the bedding, a wonderful sea view from the windows, quietness of the place overall. Only the waves...
The buffet breakfast hours could be extended to enable more social distancing and better experience overall. It appears that the buffet-breakfast is hold only twice a month, we've been there on such a day. the rest of the time it is an "a la carte" and quietness.

Beautiful location right on the wild East coast of Barbados. Open to the sea so great views. This is a good hotel - it was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We liked the shared guest kitchen.
There was a power cut in the area from when we arrived at 1pm until 1am the next morning. While this was not the hotels fault, they were not exactly proactive in making guests feel comfortable in these circumstances. There seemed to be only a single member of staff working there on our first night and he was not able, or willing, to provide guests with the level of service we felt was reasonable for the cost of the stay (£225 per night). We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open (it is closed 3 days out of 7, which seems very strange for a remote and expensive hotel). We were even more disappointed when the food we ordered for supper was an hour and a half late, stone cold and very unappealing. It was fast food from BBQ Barn, though the hotel gave no indication this was the case on the menu - in fact they seemed to want to conceal this. If we had known, we would not have ordered and made other arrangements. When I asked for this cost to be removed from our bill, the assistant manager refused. This was jarring when we were paying £225 per night for our room and food and drinks were both very expensive. The hotel made us feel that they were far more focused on their regular buffet lunches than their guests. The assistant manager Antonio was not unfriendly but seemed jaded and unwilling to make concessions or provide the level of service we felt reasonable for the high cost. Extremely overpriced and disappointing.

Fantastic boutique style hotel on the East Coast just at the end of Bathsheba beach. Lovely relaxed environment, stunning views and refreshing pool.
We came to stay here for a weekend over on the East coast after a few weeks over the other side of the Island. The landscape on the East is beautiful and we'll worth checking out, and The Atlantis is a perfect place to base yourself.
The staff/managers were fantastic and made us feel very at home. The stylish decor throughout, artwork and shared lounge & kitchen are all nice touches.
The bar & restaurant were closed due to the hotel being unfortunately quiet during the UK lockdown but both looked excellent with great views.
All in all a great stay and highly recommended as a place to stay on the East Coast.
