Wonderful Apartment
We absolutely loved staying in this lovely modern apartment. Everything was catered for right up to having sun lotion & books to read. The outdoor living was a wonderful evening retreat. The apartment was so clean and it was great being able to watch UK programmes in English while winding down for the night. Everything was within walking distance, grocery shopping, dining out, the sea & beach and general shops, even a bar a stones throw away. It was great that there was a lift in the apartment. It was great to have screens on the doors to let the air in and keep the bugs out and the air con worked wonders. It was great having the use of a washing machine aswell. Thank you Jason for being such a welcoming and helpful host. We would highly recommend your apartment.

We were picked up by Jason at the airport and he had a few cold beers waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived .The apartment was exactly like the pictures with a huge balcony and a view of the harbour,which was only a 5 min walk away with a few bars and restaurants,would definetly recommend this apartment .Jason and his wife we lee the perfect hosts and they even sorted a rental car for us

Fabulous apartment in Marsascala
Great apartment, has everything you could need and all excellent quality. Handy for a couple of supermarkets and buses to get around Malta. Lovely views from the terrace. Well furnished, with a comfortable bed. Jason is an excellent host, picking us up from the airport then taking us back at the end of the stay. Penthouse apartment Marsascala
Apartment lived up to our expectations. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely views from both balconies. There is some building work but none that was troublesome. Car parking either on the street or on the sea front which is only minutes away was not a problem. We had a very enjoyable stay in Malta and would use this apartment again for a return visit. 😊

The property was very comfortable. They were building in front and beside the unit so there was dust in the air at times. The unit had 2 air conditioners. One in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. The owner mentioned that we would be charged for the use, which we had not come across before. The owner was a very pleasant young man and picked us up from the Airport and took us back.

All necessary conveniences such as shops, chemist, bars etc are very close; parking is on street but usually easy to find a space very close by. The flat itself is immaculate, with every conceivable facility; linen, towels, tea-towels etc all changed regularly. For anyone staying longer than a few days, the washing facilities are excellent: drying outside takes only a few hours. Both main balconies get sun for several hours daily, so one can rotate any washing to maximise drying time. The bed is very comfortable, there is plenty of storage space, and the sun terrace at the front is super for alfresco breakfast or lunch with the sea in the background, with or without using the gas barbecue. Jason is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble; he cares deeply that his guests feel at home and that they are well provided for and looked after. He is an unfailing source of information. We will return!

The Maltese Falcon
Jason and Kathleen were the perfect hosts! A very nice touch from them picking us up and return to the Airport. From the moment we arrived they were so friendly and most helpful to us, as nothing was an inconvenience. The apartment was clean and tidy throughout with spectacular open sea views and cool breezes across Marsakala Bay. The local bus service is very good all Air Conditioned. We found everyone friendly which made our stay here most enjoyable!

Great apartment with all amenities close by.
The penthouse in Marsaskala was everything we expected, clean, modern and very well equipped. Jason the owner was kind enough to collect us from the airport and also make the return journey. He was extremely helpful, explaining everything we need to know about the apartment and the places of interest on the island. There is a large furnished balcony with sea views and a gas barbecue which we used regularly Next door is a convenience store and a butchers & fishmongers a few minutes walk away so it’s very easy to self cater & relax. Off the large spacious bedroom is another smaller balcony which is great for morning coffee being shaded from the sun until noon. All in all highly recommended for a lovely relaxing holiday in a quieter part of Malta.

Wonderful apartment
Just returned from a wonderful relaxing week at this lovely apartment. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, very much home from home! The balcony at the front of the apartment is huge, with lovely views of Marsascala, a lovely place to chill with a drink. An added bonus was the airport transfers which Jason, the owner provides , he also collected us from a venue of our choice as we had a late return flight, looking after our bags so that we did not have to carry them round with us all day. Overall a wonderful apartment and would recommend to anyone. We would surely return if we were to travel to this area of Malta in the future.

Clean and comfortable
We found the property clean and comfortable; it was well situated and provided a good base for our holiday. Jason was very helpful, meeting us at the airport and taking us back. He also arranged car-hire for a large part of our stay. Unfortunately, construction work was in progress nearby, beginning at 7.15am on most days, so we did not use the balconies very much. Having a car was very useful.

Penthouse View Marsascala
The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. No surprises which was nice. Lovely views of the Mediterranean and Marsascala Bay from both balconies. Conveniently located close to restaurants, the waterfront promenade and public transportation. Jason was extremely helpful and available whenever required. We stayed for 26 days in March. The only thing we would point out, and there is nothing Jason can do about it, is that there is construction going on right next to the building and work went on all day every day. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Lovely Appt
We were met at the airport by Jason as per his instruction in the dialogue we had once we booked the appt, he instructed us to meet him outside the arrivals hall. We were taken to the appt whichwas exactly as described by previous occupants. It was clean fresh and airy!. Plenty of space for two people.
Jason explained how everything worked along with instructions of how to contact him if we needed to.
There was a minor mis hap which on alerting Jason to he immediately rectified the problem, driving half an hour to sort the problem.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely appt and would stay again if we were to visit Malta again. we did not hire a car as we wanted to chill so took the buses when we ventured further afield. To be honest we walked a lot of the time which is what we needed to do to wind down. The weather as kind to us in early December.

Beautiful apartment
Apartment had everything, lovely, modern and clean. Jason was very helpful. Sea was only just visible, but that didn't matter. Quiet location, easy access to shops, restaurants, buses. We got about easily, once we had worked out the bus circular routes! Would have been nice to have seen a visitor book with other guests experiences. Overall perfect!

Perfect
From the first contact when enquiring about staying at the apartment every aspect was easy. Jason answers questions quickly and made the booking process very easy. He was at the airport to collect us when we arrived and drove us round Marsascala on the way to the apartment showing us the area. The apartment is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views are amazing from the balconies.
The main town is a short walk away and has plenty of bars and restaurants. Plenty of places to visit in the area within a short walk.
Jason assured us if we needed anything while we were there he was a phone call away although we didn't need him at all during our stay. He also took us back to the airport to come home.
Will definitely book this accommodation again next time we are visiting Malta.

Nice clean rooms. We stayed 7 days and public bus pass. It was a good value but might be better to rent a car for Malta sightseeing.

Fabulous apartment
We spent 10 happy days staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, with everything you need, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Jason was the perfect host, helpful but not in your face. We had a minor issue with the shower and Jason brought a plumber out within a couple of hours to fix this. Highly recommended.

Horizon view is a lovely apartment in a good position within Marsascala and an excellent base to explore Malta, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, the large terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or just relax. Marsascala has a good selection of places to eat our favourite was La Favorita, Marsaxlokk which is 10 minutes away by car has a lot of very good fish restaurants. A hire car is not essential as the bus service is good and cheap but with a car it is easier to get to places such as Hagar Qim temples and a day on Gozo is a must. Jason was the perfect host he collected and returned us to the airport, organised our hire car and phoned us during our stay to check that everything was okay, if we return to Malta horizon View would be the place we would want to stay. Thanks again Jason.

My wife has very high standards and she could not fault this apartment.Everything was excellent. Jason was very helpful and fitted in perfectly (our flight was delayed-no problem).We walked out to restaurants in the evening (do not miss Grabiel,and the sicilian restaurant 5minutes away was also good.)It was a lovely clean ,modern and spacious apartment .(and the local supermarket was around the corner.)

This was our second visit to Marsascala and we particularly like the lifestyle
What a delightful apartment and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The welcome snacks were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
Jason takes a great deal of care with the apartment and its presentation. It is modern, contemporary, very welcoming, very spacious, spotlessly clean and the previous reviews are spot on. Horizon view is very well equipped for self catering; the closest shop is well stocked and 50 yards around the corner.
During our stay the weather varied from unseasonably cool to warm spring sunshine. There is lots to do and see on Malta even if the weather is cool. The apartment is close to a beautiful, long, promenade and it is possible to walk to St Thomas bay and beyond to Delimara point.
We will return to Malta and would certainly want to return to Horizon View
