Fiyat - Performans

Fiyat performans olarak güzel bir oteldi. İlk otelin ana caddedeki girişinden lobisine odalarına kadar gayet yeterli ve güzel. Havuzu 5 yıldızlı bir otel için baya küçük. Ayrıca bulunan Aquapark kısmı gayet güzel 5-6 tane büyüklü küçüklü kaydırağı var. Denizde bir tane, denizin 100 metre ilerisine kadar taş dizilere yapılan yürüme yolunun hemen ucunda dalış ve şnorkel için baya derin mükemmel bir alan var. Ayrıca 2 tane de iskele var. KÜÇÜK TAŞLI SAHİLİMSİ BİR ALAN VAR ORAYA SAKIN GİRMEYİN. (Ya da dikkatli girin) O alanda çevre düzenlemesi yok. Taşlar keskin, hem ben hem eşim birkaç yerimizi kestirdik kanayacak kadar. Deniz güzel berrak, her yerde renk renk balıklar var. Sahil kısmında fotoğraf çekilebilecek, kale hissi uyandıran birçok alan var. WiFi oda dışında bağlanmadı bir türlü. Odada gayet güzel çalışıyordu. Biz ek ücretle deniz manzaralı odayı seçmiştik. Binalar iki katlı. Zemin katta olmamıza rağmen gayet yeterli ve güzel bir deniz manzaramız vardı odalar çarşafları banyo temiz ve düzenli. Oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Sivrisinek var akşamları camı kesinlikle açmayın üzülürsünüz. Sinek kovucu da alınabilir. Her gün bir aktivite oluyor biz turlara katıldığımız için katılamadık çoğuna ama havuz partisi köpük partisi havuz sporu vb bir çok program oluyor. Yemeklere gelince; yemek seçen biriyseniz biraz uğraşırsınız ama aç kalmazsınız. Yemek kültürleri çok farklı, çok baharatlı, az pişiriliyor. Genel olarak yemekler yeterli ama 5 Yıldızlı otel yemeği değil. Tatlı kültürleri diye birşey hiç yok. Öyle birşey varolmamış. Ucuz pastane ürünlerinden 3-5 çeşit koyuyorlar sadece. 3 - 4 çeşit meyve koyuyorlar Ama et tavuk yemekleri gayet güzel. Sulu yemekte çıkıyor çeşit çeşit. Ana yemek, garbitür, pilav makarna çeşiti yeterli. Salata kısmı da idare eder ama deneyerek almak lazım. İlk gün tadım tabağı gibi az az alarak sevdiğimiz şeyleri bulduk. Bazılarına çatal bile sürülmez o kadar kötü. Ama sorduk bunun tadı böyledir dediler :).

WiFi sadece odada çalıştı. Lobide havuzda sahilde çalışmadı. KÜÇÜK SAHİL taşlı ve tehlikeli. Ana havuz çok küçük. Yemeklerde Tatlı ve meyve kısmı çok yetersiz.

The place for a relaxing stay is pleasant, what we expected was fulfilled.

location, services, catering, all very good, very nice coral beach right next to the hotel

the disappointment was that the hotel listed on booking.com all-inclusive including local alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, coffee. unfortunately, the reality was only a soft drink - non-alcoholic. it's a shame, the hotel publishes misleading information !!!!!.

Nice hotel

Quiet place with very good service. Everything was fine and clean. The beach is beautiful and clean. The food was mediocre, all the food in Egypt is cheap. Get a stomach pills before eating anything in Egypt

The cleaning team woke me up every morning to ask if I want our room clean even when we said we will let them know

Poor

The beach and swimming pool

The dinner and breakfast was very limited and not tasty at all. The staff at the the reception can't resolve any issue and treat their customers badly. The room wasn't clean there was ants in the bathroom and the bed was dirty as well. It felt like a three stars resort not five stars at all

A three-star hotel at best, very disappointing

Mr. Ahmad from the reception was very nice and helpful, I wish all staff had his work ethics. Wi-fi worked fairly well. The reef.

Standards are low even for a three-star hotel. The place was neglected and dirty, except for a newly whitewashed buildings and greenery. The room looked ok upon arrival but at second glance it was dusty, even inside wardrobes, bathroom unclean, carpet filthy. The upper sheet was crumpled, as if someone had already used it. The cleaning guy did not speak much English, it was difficult. The lobby bar was similarly unclean with tables hardly ever wiped. The paths between buildings had not been swept for a while. Overall neglect was depressing. Food was average (and I am no foodie). Staff including managers super relaxed, disorganized and inefficient. They did not seem to care. In the restaurant I always had to look for a waitstaff to get a cutlery as they cleared tables but did not set them for another guest. Once the box with cutlery was left on one of the tables and guests had to help themselves. In the lobby bar I was once served a cup of espresso without a saucer - sugar and a wooden „spoon“ were placed right on the dirty table. There was also a practice unheard of in a five-star hotel – it was not possible to put any extras on the room bill, everything had to be paid right away in cash only. And many Russians with no manners whatsoever OMG!

I suggest renaming the hotel to VIP only Beautiful Beach hotel

We choose Egypt because of the sea and its fauna. It is not the first time we have traveled here in Egypt, and we are already tuned in not to react to the numerous negative features inherent in Egyptian hotels. But exactly in this hotel for the second time, we will definitely not be going. The vacation, in principle, turned out to be not bad!

However, the aftermath of such a horrible check-out will remain for a long time. We have not met in any hotel with such a terrible and unsatisfactory attitude during the night check-out. This review may come in handy for all visitors who are traveling via Booking! We were simply forgotten about. No one even picked up the phone to send a golf cart to pick up our three bags. And we drove in the middle of the night with a small child and our three luggage through the whole bloody hotel, meeting drunken tourists on the way. Dear administration of the Dreams Beach Resort hotel, please go f*ck off very much and far away just like a russian warship. I don't know if there is any mechanism to collect any compensation from the hotels in such a case! About all the little things that with all their might try to spoil the vacation, we will not write, as it will not be enough for a whole novel. In short, tired and dissatisfied with life staff (though not all, sometimes there are responsive and kind people). Litter near swimming pools, on paths, and recreational areas which no one is going to clean (but not in the room, and thanks to our housekeeping man who kept our 3120 room clean!), closed pantone for several days, motorboats approaching swimming areas of people with children to pick up other people for a ride, queues for drinks in the dining (restaurants can not call it) and super-small single-serving plastic cups; the best food is only at the opening, which means you have to wait in line at the opening of the dining hall to get a seat; for Grill House just no words - almost spoiled evening.

Very good

aqua park is amazing, the kids love it

we had like few time without water in the path room, however it is something out of their hand (the main water pipe damaged) and they work so hard to fix but they should had assigned someone to receive the guest calls , relax them tell them what happened, they should also offer extra bottles of water immediately to all the room for toilet use , specially for children, other than that all are excellent

The beach is perfect for those how love to snorkle or dive it's coral heaven Lots of places and views to stay at on the beach as the property beach is designed over a cliff The room is large and spacious Many activities to do Many facilities near by

The room ac is very noisy and loud Everything you order at the beach or the pool they ask you to pay in cash and doesnt accept to bill it to your room and it doesnt make sense to always be walking with cash even on the beach

Fantastic place to relax by the pool or beach and soak up the sun and view. We used the resort before and after our dive

Very expansive property. Nice pools, great beach / lounge areas, good animation team, spa options, dive centre, great food options, very attentive, friendly and helpful staff, especially Besso (one of the managers). He made sure we were well looked after.

There were quite a few stairs getting to the beach but that is the nature of the local. The view was worth the workout.

Mesmerising location.view of the blue water ocean and sound of shore takes to another world. Hotel was clean, rooms were bigger is space with a balcony to relax.

A good stay

- The beach is charming and exceptional - The renovated rooms are very good and comfortable. - Staff is so nice, friendly and helpful specially Mr. Essam Khaery (Day-shift manager), Mr. Mohamed Khalaf (Front-desk) and Mr. Ali Abdulhameed (Housekeeping man).

There is not enough variety in food, especially desserts and fruits

Exceptional

We had a wonderful vacation - end of March beginning of April 2023. They gave us a beautiful room with a sea view on the north side, so that it would not be hot. At the reception, a very friendly administrator Romany helped to solve all our questions. And in restaurants, please contact the Besso manager for any question - he will gladly respond to your wishes, and to Amir. They are high-level professionals, responsive and friendly. The food is very tasty and varied, a lot of fruits and vegetables, as well as amazing grilled fish, and delicious sweets. The food changes every day, there are themed dinners. The hotel staff is friendly, many speak several languages. The rooms are clean, the beach is amazingly beautiful, the rich underwater world, the massage is top class. We will definitely return.

Dinner started at 19:00. Would like it to start at 6:00 pm.
