PERFECTO PARA CONOCER LA ZONA

El hotel está en el puerto deportivo, y desde la habitación, aunque se suponía que no tenia vistas al mar, se veían los barcos y parte del puerto deportivo. La cama es muy cómoda y grande, igual que el baño. Tiene parking cerrado anexo al hotel, y al viajar en moto era indispensable. El desayuno era muy variado, y se podía desayunar tanto dentro como en una terraza exterior, y en nuestro caso estuvimos muy a gusto en la terraza.

Una cosa a mejorar son las perchas del perchero, ya que no aguantan un poco de peso, por estar dañadas. Las cazadoras de la moto no las pudimos colgar, si o si se iban al suelo. Otro detalle que nos choco es que al entrar al comedor a desayunar, el encargado del desayuno no nos dejo ir a elegir una mesa para luego ir a coger las cosas del desayuno, que era buffet. Tuvimos que hacer cola, coger bandeja y coger cosas del desayuno, y luego buscar una mesa libre. Mira que hemos estado en hoteles, y nunca nos había pasado esto.

Perfect hotel, welcoming staff and excellent central location

We were given a very warm welcome by the lovely Karina on Reception. Everything was ready for us and Karina explained everything we needed to know. Every staff member we encountered was extremely warm and welcoming, including the cleaner we bumped into on the way to our room. The family room was perfect for a family of 5 and the view was amazing (room 306). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in and everything was perfectly clean. We will definitely return again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Great view and staff, but need curtains.

The location was quite good right on the boardwalk and the private, secure parking was a great added benefit. The staff was very helpful and quick at check in as well. The wifi was very good and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was recently redone and overall the room was very clean.

The room paint choice was a very bright shade of lavender. Perhaps to go with the beach environment, but it was bright. The room was divided awkwardly with a sliding door in the middle of the room that may have been a balcony at one time. The view was perfect, but there were no curtains to block the light while sleeping.

Fantastic location, great staff and great value.

Fantastic location. Good car park. Lovely receptionist who could not have been better. Excellent room with great bathroom. All staff were perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable in excellent location on the port within easy walking access of local restaurants and bars. Good value for money ey for 3 star hotel. Convenient private parking.

A but worn down, but great people, location and stay!

The view and the employees at the hotel were amazing. it felt like they could cater to our every need and deserve a lot of praise! The rooms are a bit outdated and worn and could use an update and some paint, but the blinders, AC and bathroom were absolutely in working condition so no complaints! We rented bikes and got a secure parking just for bicycles which was a huge bonus!

A little outdated and worn. There were some places where the paint was chipping off and some markings on the wall etc. But you don’t go to Gruissan to stay inside at the hotel so it was no big deal.

very bad experience, little care for customer attention, very expensive charging for electric car

very regular decoration and style

very bad experience, paid 20 EUR to charge my Tesla during only 90 min. they reserved the charging station for a non electric car which illustrate well how bad things are. I could have charged my car overnight fully (not 20% in 90 min in the morning ) with their long cable but they were not willing to help clearly. receptionist was unable to explain how service worked and I spoke then to owner next day which talk me I misunderstood as he was listening in the back but did not came to help neither. my wife and I heard clearly it was impossible to charge car until tomorrow 11:30 when car leaves. he could still made a gesture and charge less than 20 EUR for 1h30 of charging which is double what you pay at a Tesla supercharger!!

Thank you for the hospitality and courtesy of the receptionist! Also a big plus is the presence of a bath in the room, especially on a cold evening! Note the comfortable beds.

Worst sleep ever. Not worth the money.

Room was a makeshift room off a corridor at the side of reception, one tiny window, the fan in the bathroom stayed on for almost an hour after you turned the lights out and there was a room next door with only a very thin wall separating that you could hear snoring through. The breakfast the receptionist claimed was very good was pretty basic.
