Tasty breakfast on the sunny terrasse, quiet large awimming pool to relax after a long drive, and warm welcome from lady owner.
We should have stayed few more days !

An oasis of calm only a short distances from all amenities. Bedroom was larger than most and bed was very comfortable. Superb en-suite with lovely open shower.
Breakfast was included in the price and was super. Dog accepted with no extra charge.
No downsides really - possibly may have been more convenient with earlier check in time ( 17.00) But not really a significant issue

Lovely peaceful location in a small forest but near to dinan Town. Also the continental breakfast is amazing . Owners also great.
The mattress on the main bed was a little uncomfortable but otherwise everything was great!

Very convenient location - close to Dinan but at the same time without city noises. The rooms are good, with spacious bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, i highly recommend getting it along with the room.
Sofi was friendly and helpful!
A lot of private parking space, no need to look for anything around.

Location close to Dinan and facilities were good
The room was a little dark and empty which made it feel a little cold even with the lights on it was still a dark room. We felt a little isolated due to the language barrier which being near Dinan I would have expected a warmer welcome

Very beautiful old buildings and castle ruins, adorable sourrandings, location far from city and crowd, well equipped appartment. Great SPA - spacious, clean, with really hot water (37,5).
First of all, this is the first time we need to clean carefully apartment (with vacuum cleaner, mop, dusting) or pay 60 EUR, and it is seen that the cleaning is rather done by guests (bathroom could be cleaner, bedroom bad smell, dust). The pool was not hot, I would say rather cold - but it is rather personal opinion.

great location for easy access to Dinan as well as the coastal resorts. property has a lovely outdoor pool which was heated and very clean. we stayed in the chambres d’hotes a day the breakfast was very good.
the Wi-Fi was free but had very limited capacity so be advised if it’s something you rely on.
the electric installation was not great - the bathroom fan ran continuously and some of the sockets were not properly fixed in the wall and came out with the plug.

Very quiet and peaceful. They very kindly gave us breakfast early in order to catch a ferry. A shame we were not there longer to be able to use the pool
The directions were not great. our sat nav did not pick up the address.

Breakfast with very good quality products, large bathroom with window, cosy and intimate, super clean, convenient facilities in the room, easy parking, nice indoor seating in shared areas and outdoor terrace, forest and nature around, very quiet

The house and the landscape is amazing. Room was big. Breakfast was very nice.
There was no decoration in the room, no curtains, no bulkhead or glass in the shower and we could not use the jacuzzi in the common spaces.

We had a very good stay. The room is big and has a great view onto the on sight ruins of an old castle. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite big. Everything was clean. We were only there for one night so we did not have a chance to try the pool or the spa, unfortunately. Breakfast was great and very tasty. The location is extraordinary. It is quiet and right next to old castle ruins.
